I'm lazy - I had Dr Cell Phone fix my cracked screen - WHAT A STUPID MISTAKE THAT WAS! They aligned the screen incorrectly so that when it was sealed, it was bearing pressure - eventually the screen gave way to a new crack after only a few days. The phone had been cased the whole time and never experienced any sort of impact. Dr. Evil Cell Phone refused to repair or refund - . It was obvious they had no clue what had happened .... Dr Smart Phone knew right away - they were able to clearly see that the crack was a result of a misaligned screen repair. She took the time to show me different phones and the features on them. She was knowledgeable, courteous and kind.
