Jose was the guy that skipped me and then try to actually check accessories to make sure it was not working and it did not worked like I had told him he has now been making me wait longer on purpose and I am still waiting and I asked for manager and still didn't get no help he told me her name was Andrea after 2 hour wait long he said he couldn't find device on system on purpose and then finished exchange accessories

Forced to ask store to seek help after AT&T phone customer service persistently refused to address…read moremy attempt to get help addressing its report that it's records reflect I have more than one service with it when I on,y have mobile, for nearly two hours insisted the actual account number read directly off my myAT&T app didn't exist and refused to address other suspicious activity on my account. The store representative confirmed my identity and the accuracy of the account info I provided to a different customer service rep who in addition to claiming I have other services I didn't order and reporting information on my account not matching mine. Nevertheless AT&T continues to dent any identity theft or other problem with my account. It is difficult to give a one star rating because the first time I went to this location on…read more11/26/24 to purchase a new phone Snigidah provided one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. She took the time to show me different phones and the features on them. She was knowledgeable, courteous and kind. She told me about a Black Friday special they were having on tablets and told me to come back that day and said the hours would be 8:00Am until 9:00Pm. When I arrived at 8:00 on Friday the door was locked and there wasn't anyone there. I sat in my car and waited and was about to leave at 8:06 when "Elijah" came pulling into the parking lot and went inside. I waited a minute or two and went to the door but it was locked. I stood there for a moment as he was at the counter on their computer. He finally looked up and acknowledged I was standing there by holding up 10 fingers. I asked through the glass because I was still outside, You open at 10:00? He nodded his head yes and held up 10 fingers again. This was so weird because I was talking in a loud voice from outside and he never came to the door to talk to me. He was quite a distance away still behind the counter. Annoyed he started pointing down towards me and the ground. I stepped back and saw he was pointing at the hours posted by the ground and it said 8:00 AM so I held up 8 fingers. Still standing behind the counter he shook his head no. I walked around the the other door he had gone into and opened it, stuck only my head inside and said, Sir are you saying you open at 10:00? He said, "Yes and if you don't leave I am going to report you as trespassing!" I said your sign out front says you open at 8:00. He said, Then the sign is wrong! I tried to explain the lady that helped me a few days before also said you open at 8:00. He started speaking over me very rudely and again said, I'm going to report you as trespassing. I DID NOT walk across the doorway.(I really hope they have all this on video) I went to my car to leave and I saw the sweet lady that helped me 3 days before pull up in her car and go inside. I got out of my car and went to the door again and she recognized me and smiled and opened to door for me to come inside. I said, When I was here Tuesday you said you open at 8:00. She said, Yes, that is correct, we are open. I'm happy to help you, please come in. Looking at Elijah I said, Why would you tell me you open at 10:00? He said, Ma'am we open when we are ready to open! I said, I am reporting you to upper management. He said, I AM the manager. That's when he told me his name was Elijah. (Asian, approximately 5'7, long black hair down to his shoulders, beard and mustache. I said, You have no business being a manager if this is how you run a business. He went to the back room and when Snigidah went back there to retrieve the tablet I was buying I heard him say, I told her we open in 10 minutes! I guess he didn't think I could hear him. Upset that he blatantly lied I said, That is 100% not what you said! Three times I asked him if he was telling me he opened at 10:00AM and he said yes. I am still shocked by his behavior and hostility towards me and that Metro would employ someone like him that not only has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever but is also a liar and threatens to call in and report me for trespassing when clearly the posted sign showed them to be open for business. After he arrived late if he'd only come to the door and said I am sorry I'm running late this morning but I'll be with you as soon as possible I would not have been upset at all. Please do not respond to this review with a generic scripted response as you have with all the other negative reviews people have posted about this location. Just do something about it by fixing the problem Is all I ask.

Sonny helped me out on a Sunday morning not long ago. He is very knowledgeable, patient and…read morecourteous. Any time I get helped by an employee like him, I really enjoy interacting with them. Over a span of many years, I have hired and managed hundreds employees at UPS and Fedex. He's the kind of guy I would hire on the spot, so he would not get away.
