I had to purchase a new phone from the new service provider. I went back to this location to take to them about it and they said they could not help me because I was no longer a Verizon customer. For over a week I went to 6 different Verizon stores and called Verizon customer service multiple times daily. No one at Verizon will help with this issue. Did I mention they hung up on me twice. One of the times was during a win back process so I could attempt to straighten out the issue with the so called stolen phone. They didn't even try to call me back on the phone number I gave them 5 minutes earlier. Oh, and the accents of the customer service reps were so thick I could hardly understand them. Verizon, you have sold your soul to the devil. You can careless about customer service and leaving a positive impression.

After wasting most my day I came back to speak with someone else hoping to get any kind of answers. We spoke with Sophie, who didn't know how to file a claim properly and luckily my mom caught the mistakes she was making (needed confirmation email, etc) and she redid it. Neither employee seemed knowledgeable about their jobs, were not polite, and not helpful. I used to like this store a few years back, but they have seriously gone downhill.

They claimed I didn't answer their call, so they went ahead and fixed everything. However, before leaving, I specifically asked them to text or leave a voicemail if I didn't answer, and I received neither. I would be extremely cautious leaving your device here. Make sure you get a clear quote and give explicit approval before any work is done.

I'be been a Verizon customer for about 14 years. We used to have good service at my home which is…read morenot rural. Then about 1.5 to 2 years ago that changed. Now the service is bad causing me to use FaceTime over my WiFi to even have a conversation with callers. I only have 2 phones on the service. Also making payments on those phones and my monthly bill was $171.00. 3 months ago my bill jumped to $225.00. I called customer service and they told me there were some programs that expired. One of those programs I understood and reupped brining my bill down to $200. I called customer service and asked why my bill was still so high. I got the same answer that some programs expired. I asked what programs. The employee said they did not know but the programs expired. Verizon if this BS is how you run a business good luck on your future. I was quoted $100 a month from another reputable company for 2 phone lines.

It took 30min for me to preorder the phone. A few weeks later the phone comes in. I go to pick it up. The same incompetent guy was there. He was assisting two other customers that needed a lot of help. I get that they were there before me. I waited patiently and then he got around to help me. He proceeded to think I wanted to pay my bill when I told him I preordered multiple times. I told him twice it will be payed with autopay tomorrow. Then he goes in the back room cussing. Comes out and walks right past me and continues to help the other customers. 15 min later he comes to me again. I explained that I got a text and a phone call that the phone came in. He says it never came in. I told him it could be under dads name. Sure enough, it magically appears. So i got to the store at 6:30 and they close at 7. So now it's 7:20 and he says it will take 3 hours to activate it because the main center closed at 7 and I can come back tomorrow. All he had to do was listen and find the phone, activate it, and let me pay for it. Should take like 15 min tops. I am about to go say to return it because if this guy gets commission it rather throw my money away. Terrible experience and wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Customer service is f#*#%#* horrendous

They explained that "we aren't Verizon, we're Victra, so we have to charge those fees to stay in business." That may be true, but from a consumer standpoint they appear to be dba Verizon, there is no third party branding on the outside of the store. I don't want to do business somewhere that starts off trying to be someone they aren't, but then claims "yeah, we're actually some other company" while trying to charge you extra fees and avoid taking returns. Do yourself a favor and go to a real Verizon store from the beginning, you'll ends up there anyway...

The new place (IDevice Repair in Granite Bay) took a quick look and told me the connector for the led screen came loose. They fixed it for $50 dollars and it's been fine since. That's when Joe K took me straight to the Accessory Store in Elk Grove. The minute we walked in, I knew I would find what I was looking for here. Even the products online just didn't wow me. This store had a huge number of assorted cases on display for most brands, makes, and models. The clerk on staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about their merchandise. I had a hard time making my selection, but I finally found a bling style rhinestone encrusted case that I had always wanted! I also got a screen protector to go with it. The nice young man who was assisting us, put it all together for me at no additional charge. Joe K also purchased a vehicle cup holder/cell phone stand and two car chargers. The prices were very reasonable. Never did I think that we would have a fulfilling shopping trip at a phone accessory store! Now, I feel better about protecting my investment from possible future damage. It's no fun being a klutz!
