After taking my phone to uBreakiFix (an Samsung Authorized Repair facility) in Citrus Heights for a battery/charging issue, uBiF was unable to diagnose the problem and told me my phone was dead with no signs of life. Fortunately, I was looking for a second opinion and found Saalman. Salmaan took my phone from me the the second I walked in (without any prepaid diagnostic fee) and had my phone working in less than 10 minutes. He immediately determined the internal charging port cable was bad. He was very surprised uBiF was unable to figure out and fix the problem, since they're a Samsung authorized repair shop. After all was said and done, Salmaan not only saved me $700 (I bought a new phone based on uBiF's recommendation) because I was able to return the new phone to Best Buy, but also the grief and frustration that goes with setting up a new phone from scratch and the additional expense of data recovery from a phone that doesn't work. 5 stars - getting my phone working quickly +1 star - clean, roomy shop that smells great! - hints of vanilla with citrus-y undertones, or something I don't know! +1 star - for being friendly and carrying on a normal conversation while working on my phone 7/5 Would Definitely Recommend! I decide to test my luck here, and after giving Anthony a rundown of my problem he told me he could take my PC and get started on it. I desperately needed important work information off the phone. I had mistakenly turned off iCloud backup and was looking at hundreds of dollars for a data recovery specialist to give me a text file so I could manually reenter all the lost info. For just a $25 diagnosis charge they were able to get the phone turned on and then perform a backup. If you're out of warranty on your device, these guys are awesome! I can't recommend them enough and will go here again before hassling with Apple and their "approved repairs" that don't work and cost multiple times what I payed here.

Dropped it off next day during my lunchtime and my phone was ready after work. They were able to clean and clear the lens and reseal the phone. The owner explained that my phone was drenched in water, and the previous repair person did not use a new seal, reused the old seal. Price was decent.
