I have an unlimited plan and have had one since starting my service. I have been having network issues since I upgraded to a Z Fold3G last year and I have already had insurance replace the phone once. The phone and service is great when I am at home and connected to wifi. My service is shotty AF when I am away from home, which defeats the purpose of a cellular phone. I went to this location to get a new sim card and things went well. Within a week I learned the phone was not receiving calls. When I went back the person, I dealt with wanted to walk me through all the things I had already done, reset the network, call Asurion, etc. The person told me I would have to contact Samsung since what they attempted did not work. This is the first time I have ever been referred to the manufacturer of a cell phone to fix an issue dealing with AT&T network service. I was told this location is corporate. Well, that may be true, but it is just like the other locations so do not make the mistake to go out of your way to go here, like I did, when they just want to pass the buck. They prefer to hang out with one another in this location rather than assist a customer. I would rather waste my money online where I know it is just a purchase, rather than in the store where they would prefer to do anything other than their job.

Integrity in business seems to be a foreign concept these days and we have become so conditioned to…read moreaccept this that when someone comes along and demonstrates good qualities it is weird but refreshing... the microphone on my phone has been acting up lately and I'll be honest, I'm lazy. I asked the guy to Replace it and get it done as soon as possible. Alex shows up to my house, on time??? After calling to let me know he will be there late on Friday night. He tells me the mic prob needs to be replaced but sometimes they just get clogged especially if you work construction like I do and a cleaning might be a much cheaper fix for me. Not once, not twice but 3 separate times Alex disassembled my phone and cleaned both microphones. To discover that the mics were fine, just very very dirty... so this dude came out late on a cold Friday night and spent an hour cleaning my phone for a very, very reasonable 50 $... when he could have easily said the mics needed repaired and jacked up The price on me, how would I have known... and then he left before I could think to Tip him.... Sierra never gave up and finally we were able to get the correct code from Verizon and get my phone set up..During that time, while we were placed on one hold after another, she waited on other customers and never lost her cool. Several seniors came by for assistance. She handled their problems, treated them with kindness and respect.. I am 87 so also a senior. I have no respect for Consumer Cellular because they employ dedicated employees like Sierra. She deserves a raise! Thank you.

I already had an appointment with ubreakifix for 3 pm so I didn't reply. The company called and said at my 3pm appointment I'll be paying a deposit for parts and my phone can be fixed in 3-5 business days. I was set to travel in a couple of days and needed it fixed. So I replied to the owner of Cellairis and said I'll be in at 12:30. I went in and was greeted by two young men. My phone was done by 1pm!! This was the second time the screen on this phone was replaced and apparently the first place did a bad job. Screws were loose or missing. They seemed like a very knowledgeable pair and they seemed to like their job! That typically shows in the quality of the work performed. I'll be back
