Then they charged me the full $90 for service from 4/29-5/28. They said it's their policy to charge for a full month and not prorate. But they are the ones who cancelled my service. Why am I paying for service for the dates 5/11-5/28 for something they stopped providing?

First time they claimed the report was done incorrectly, they created a second report and the employee told me, ill make sure to mark it as totally damaged for you? What does that even mean? The phone was already damaged! Second time, they still say the report was done incorrectly and this time they are the ones that actually wrote it! Steve the manager is a narcissistic a hole surrounded by employees that have been told to lie and cheat. Just while I was wait, I heard at least 5 different stories on how this store has ripped people off and they were there fighting. One returned items to this store and store never processed it and this person was being charged for months. No resolution and wanted to open a 3rd ticket. I can't compare phones without signs listing: -the name of the phone -the price of the phone -phone specs, etc Broken or non-functional display units "Untouchable" displays (see photo) The staff here are nice enough, but that doesn't mean I want to ask them a million questions that could be easily covered with some proper signs. I can't trust a store that doesn't provide basic information up front. If they had some signs in there, they'd easily be a 2 or 3 star store.
