That was the extent of the diagnostic portion of my visit. Told me it needed to be soldered, the charge would be $150 and they'd have to send it out. Estimate repair time would be 2 weeks. I could not believe $150 to solder and 2 freaking weeks?! When I questioned this he looked at me like I was a moron. That lost my business and I walked out. Took it to Fix Max - repaired at their store by replacing the port in 1 day for $90.
