BUT the worst .. is the customer service people at the 90th and Blondo. I have ended up leaving 4 out of 5 times after 15 min and no one acknowledges/welcomes you. You have to go up to them and ask a question to decide if you want to wait forever for a chance at getting helped. I use that term loosely. Last case scenario..We were buying a 14Pro - was told it wasn't free unless we bought more things. They don't sell (in store) any phone over 128gb. Then we would have to buy it at Apple then bring it back to T-Mobile to program because it no longer has a sim card to just switch... Not so! Apple did everything for us-sell it, transferred cloud and programed without a Sim. Just to give this location 1 more chance- I went in for the free cup 2/14. Two crew members were working- AGAIN- no greeting, & in no hurry. Helping a person each. One customer was in front of me, 3 more came in after me-one of them finally went up to ask a question& stated that 3others were just waiting for a cup-2 more came in, 2 others got tired of waiting and left. Workers never greeted anyone. I was determined to see just how long it would take to get this cup even after they knew 3 of 5 wanted a cup.....58min. Deserves no stars

I needed help after putting a new SIM card, as was leaving a previous carrier. I had been assured…read moreby previous carrier that my number had been released and unlocked so I could get T-mobile service. Amy, the clerk who waited on me was very helpful. She went so far as to go the website of the previous carrier and "unlock my phone. " She was knowledgeable, calm and patient. I have to use a cane to get around. Immediately upon my entry, she gave me her chair to be seated. That is very kind and what I call intuitive customer service. I appreciate Amy and the way she solved the problem! Thank you, Amy!

Our…read morephone company would have charged us 55 dollars more to replace my husbands phone screen but he did a great job for a good price. He was very nice and got our phone fixed in 30 minutes. Great experience and I will tell anyone to go here! It's a small little shop and we got in and out. The parking lot was small and didn't have many spots but that didn't affect my opinion on this store. Thanks again!

And if they don't have the correct battery, they can make one! They're true battery experts, and they're willing to share their knowledge and time to make my gadgets work, even when it might not be a profitable enterprise for them in the short-term. They also have a wonderful collection of flashlights and other medium-tech gadgets that aren't available anywhere else.
