I left a comment…read moreasking if they ever get the tempura shrimp earphone case in stock (which can be hard to find). To make sure that they're authentic, I then checked their reviews on Google. And good news, they are! But they're charging customers THREE times the price. I went back to their post and commented "nevermind, you guys are charging 3x the price" and they IMMEDIATELY removed my comment and then blocked me. Don't waste your time and money going into the store. I've been able to snag 5 different labubu from the Popmart app for my kids birthday. It does take patience, but it's better than being epically ripped off by this store.

The staff was very helpful in assisting me, answering my questions and helping me find what I was looking for. They called me when the hard to find set was in and I was able to get it for my son's birthday at a price that was way more reasonable than anything I had seen online. Thank you!!

You could honestly spend over an hour here checking out all of the inventory. I felt that most items were pretty fairly priced (lots of toddler tees were only $2.59). I lucked out and had my first visit be on a sale day. It started at everything would be 30% off and as the day went on every couple of hours the discount would jump up. It then went to 40% and ended at 50% all merchandise. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Will most definitely be returning.
