You will need to call OT endlessly to receive your refund. The customer service dept offers very poor communication, nobody seems to know anything about anything, I have called nine times to inquire about my refund and receive a DIIFERENT STORY each time I have called. They said they attempted to deliver my package on Thursday, 4/9 & when I track the package their site states, "Attempted Delivery: No access." I have a 2 lane driveway with CLEAR access to my front door. I receive Amazon, USPS, Walmart, Target and other deliveries without incident AND I have a ring cam. No attempt was EVER made!! When you reach out to them you get AI & this is their response. "I apologize for the inconvenience regarding your package. The current status indicates that it is scheduled for redelivery, but I do not have specific information on the exact date of the next delivery attempt. Since you mentioned that your address is correct, I will need to delegate this issue to the appropriate assistant to handle it further. Please hold on for a moment." No one ever came on line... I'm literally STILL waiting for an "appropriate assistant" So the bottom line is I will NOT have my items for tonight's meeting and now I have to run all over town to get what I need. And good news, they are! But they're charging customers THREE times the price. I went back to their post and commented "nevermind, you guys are charging 3x the price" and they IMMEDIATELY removed my comment and then blocked me. Don't waste your time and money going into the store. I've been able to snag 5 different labubu from the Popmart app for my kids birthday. It does take patience, but it's better than being epically ripped off by this store.

You could honestly spend over an hour here checking out all of the inventory. I felt that most items were pretty fairly priced (lots of toddler tees were only $2.59). I lucked out and had my first visit be on a sale day. It started at everything would be 30% off and as the day went on every couple of hours the discount would jump up. It then went to 40% and ended at 50% all merchandise. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Will most definitely be returning.
