This hobby lobby is the best! It's never crowded. Seriously every time I come I end up being the first in line. Everyone that I have been helped by here is extremely friendly and helpful. I was struggling trying to get down a picture frame and a girl walked past and helped me. She handed me one and said "oh no this one is cracked." Took it back gave me a different one and took the broken one to the back. I wish I would have caught her name. I mean honestly people rarely pay attention to detail so I was really happy. I also needed one more of an item I was purchasing and the girl working the register said "oh I can order that and have it here for you by Friday. As soon as we receive it we can call you." I mean! The managers here must be awesome for their employees to be so polite, happy, and helpful. I could spend everyday here. I love this Hobby Lobby! I went there today and found much better home decor than the one on Q street. Plus the staff was much more friendly and willing to help. They had a better baby decor section and way more wall stickers to choose from. The restrooms were cleaner too. I give it a fair review, because it may have everything you may want, but when it comes to personnel being knowledgeable, it no good. Person didn't know about Lamar & satin finish sprays for acrylic paintings, U need to protect them and , even the manager goes by, doesn't ask me , do you need any help finding something? He was busy talking to an employee about a social affair, I'm not going to interrupt ..... We recently moved to Papillion and had a significant amount of artwork to be framed. The folks at the framing department have been superb both in their customer service and the quality of their work. Good value, too. One of my BEST customer service experiences ever occurred here: We took seven 5x7 art prints spelling out our son's name to be matted and combined in one frame. We had asked them to arrange the letters to read vertically. I picked it up without unwrapping it and my wife discovered they had put them in the frame to read vertically. It wouldn't fit the space in which we intended to hang it, so she called and WITHOUT HESITATION, they said to bring it back in and they would redo it, which they did quickly. Customer service is terrible. Employees are more concerned about gossiping about coworkers leaving early, and bragging about controlling their manager ( girls at the fabric counter) then customers who need help. In addition the girl who checked me out didn't say a word to me during the transaction, and i had the distinct impression I was bothering them by buying things. Once again, horrible experience. Called this location to see if they still had a certain decorative picture in stock. I was put on hold for over 10 min (no big deal) but after waiting, I hear someone take me off hold, then just hung the phone up without telling me if they had the picture or not! So I called back and explained to the SAME GUY that I was hung up on while on hold. His response was "what were you looking for again?" SERIOUSLY?!? I told him what I was looking for and he said "oh, no. We don't have that anymore." At this point I'm extremely upset. So I decided to drive to the store and double check for myself to see if they still had it in stock. Sure enough, guess what they DID still have? Exactly what I was looking for.
