I would not recommend using this store for replacement parts. Consider other sewing machine part stores if you want a better customer experience and reasonable cancellation/refund policies. When attempting to work with their team to resolve the issue, they not only were unwilling to understand my situation, but also just blamed me for not paying attention that the products were on backorder status, even though their website barely gives noticeable notice/warning, especially considering their policy on backordered orders.

Whatever, I ended up calling around and Micheals will fill your balloons. There is a fee but I didn't care because I needed my balloons filled. Anyway, I went at 9am and I saw Austen already filling balloons. I thought he would be annoyed, we know how customer service is these days. But he was extremely happy to fill my balloons and although he was the only employee at the front, he went straight to work. While helping customers he was able to get my balloons filled in less than 30 minutes. What wonderful customer service. It's so hard to find people that will do their job with a smile. Thank you Austen Just an FYI they can only guarantee balloons being filled 1-2 hours after you bring them in. I suggest ordering online if you're in a hurry or picking up some of their ready to go balloons at the register. They have a huge selection of balloons. This will now be my one stop shop.

They do not offer classes here but the lady working that afternoon was able to suggest another place for lessons. As you can see from the pictures, it's a small shop but carries bolts of fabric in a rainbow of colors, shades, prints and designs. They also sell quilting supplies, patterns, books, thread, notions, etc. Since I'm not a quilter (yet), I have no comparison for the fabric pricing although quilting specialty shops tend to have very quality product made for durability. My purpose in coming here was to drop off a quilt top made by my great-grandmother decades ago and have it finished which is another service they provide. In a few weeks, I can post a picture of the finished product! Again, the person working was great in helping to offer various options and guide my selections since I am a complete novice.

I ordered on my phone and evidently, their ridiculous "exclusions" did not show. It accepted my "coupon" at the BOGO70, but did not notify me that I had ordered a NEW Mariner's Compass die. Took my order, but no notice. I just find they do a lot of Bait and Switch.
