I would not recommend using this store for replacement parts. Consider other sewing machine part stores if you want a better customer experience and reasonable cancellation/refund policies. When attempting to work with their team to resolve the issue, they not only were unwilling to understand my situation, but also just blamed me for not paying attention that the products were on backorder status, even though their website barely gives noticeable notice/warning, especially considering their policy on backordered orders.

I am super frustrated with Nebraska Quilt Company in Fremont NE. I purchased a new Bernina sewing…read moremachine there and Bernina embroidery machine attachment last year. I had issues with the sewing machine breaking pretty quickly. I took it in and got it fixed. It took a couple months to fix it. Then had another issue with both the machine and embroidery machine. I took it to the store around August of last year. I was told they could do a warranty on it. To get it fixed. I kept calling and was informed they are working on it. That it will be fixed next week. I kept calling for 2 months straight each week. Finally they said the warranty is not going to cover it and I would have to pay around $400 to fix it. I was so frustrated with how long they had it and just said fix it. After calling multiple times and finally having to send my husband to the store to complain. It took months and I finally got it back. However, it still isn't working correctly and I am terrified to take it anywhere to get it checked out. However, they said the embroidery part was under warranty still and they would get it fixed. I still do not have it. It has been over 6 months since they have had it. I have spent thousands to get these machines. This store has had my machines longer than I have had them in my possession. I have also spent a lot buying items at this store. When I called to talk to the owner I get a call back with both owners saying now this part is not under warranty and that I will have to pay to fix it also. I said fix it in DECEMBER of last year. I have called at least 3 times a month to get updates on this item and keep getting told they are working on it. I called back 2 weeks ago to get update and asked for owner to call me back. I just want to know when they sent it in to Bernina and contact person I can reach out to. The worker informed me the owner will not get on phone with me. That the part is at Bernina and that they will get back to me. No one will tell me the status, dates of when it was turned in to be fixed, date when will be done. I still do not have my machine! I have spent over $5,000 at this store to get these machines. I have also went to a class and spent lots of money to get products to sew. I believe in small businesses and supporting them. I cannot express my frustration with the lack of communication and not having my machine.

They have a great 75% off section, some really great finds, and some destroyed items that shouldn't be sold period. I found 3 burl wood mirrors for 75% off, so they ended up not being $37 a piece, a total steal! We got home and my husband discovered they had a thin strip of burl wood on the outside, but I can't say much as they were so low in price and the look is still there. Super cute crafts, toys, and decor, whatever you're looking for is probably here.

Terrific organization with multiple ways to bring up development of any age baseball or softball…read moreplayer. Our family has really enjoyed our time at UBA. We love the ability to have member access to the facilities and being able to participate in league play for competitive youth baseball. The indoor practice facility, private lessons, field partnerships, and youth leagues have been a very important part of our son's development. We are very happy we made the decision to make this our baseball home!

A-OK facility. They seem to be investing a bit more into the place recently. They just installed…read morenew LED lights which are whiter but it doesn't seem to make it any brighter. New cages were installed upstairs recently. The worst part of the place are the bathrooms that always reek of urine. Also a simple yard blower once a week would keep the rubber bits from the turf back where they need to be. Fun place for kids to practice sports when the weather isn't the best to be outside. There are plenty of parking places, great instructors, and the staff is usually around to help sort the quads with teams.
