You cannot cancel backordered orders for refund, you will only get credit. I attempted to cancel the backordered order within 24hours and had no exception or even consideration. I would not recommend using this store for replacement parts. Consider other sewing machine part stores if you want a better customer experience and reasonable cancellation/refund policies. When attempting to work with their team to resolve the issue, they not only were unwilling to understand my situation, but also just blamed me for not paying attention that the products were on backorder status, even though their website barely gives noticeable notice/warning, especially considering their policy on backordered orders.

I finally went to Glaser about a month ago and was a little surprised that it really isn't set up to receive customers. It basically has a warehouse vibe with a bunch of staff running around fulfilling what I assume are web orders. That's fine though because they have soooo many things to look at! An abundance of different glazes! If you buy in bulk you'll save a little bit of money in some cases and a lot of money in other situations. Example if you buy a case of the bisque ware I was able to receive 50% off! My only request would be for them to have prices on their product because you have to constantly ask the staff what everything costs and by the time you bring it up to the counter it's awkward to have to take it back to the shelf because it cost more than you were wanting to spend. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I am still learning a lot and they were willing to answer any question I had. I will definitely go back!

We are new to the ceramics world and are hungry for information and knowledge. We were treated very respectfully and felt completely welcome here. Jackie and Marilyn were very helpful and eager to share their knowledge and experience. So much to learn it makes my head spin! I wish I lived closer. This is a busy place this time of year but they took time to patiently answer my questions and offer recommendations and advice. We had a fun visit to the site but it's probably better to order items on line. We ordered items previously on line, but since we're newbies we wanted to see this in person. Thank to the staff for making us feel welcome and providing excellent customer service! We will order from this site again and recommend your business.
