I loved looking at all the art supplies and pens that they had. There's a wide variety of materials and supplies for screen printing, photography, printmaking, and so much more!

I had seen that the yarn shop is closing and moving their business online and I wanted to check it out. The yarns were beautiful. If I didn't already have a lot of yarn at home I would have bought more. I bought 4 skeins of yarn in two colours and a box of granny square patterns. Thank you! I will support your online shop from now I'm a little sorry I only found it when it's closing. I will miss being able to peruse the yarn in person even though this is my first time. I bought 4 skins of yarn plus a box of patterns for 24 bucks. A bargain!

I grew up in Lincoln and have bought many items from Wes. He is one of the best card shop owners…read morearound. I would recommend his store to anyone. The Good: -His selection of memorabilia is the best around. From autographed baseballs, jerseys, rare collectibles, even old Sports Illustrated issues... I have yet to find anyone in the Midwest who can match his inventory. -Wes is a nice guy. He knows the industry and is more than willing to help you out. His prices are always fair. -The employees that work with him are equally as knowledgable. That's a rarity in Card Shops. The Not-So-Good: -His store is VERY cramped. He is trying to pack a ton of stuff in a tiny space, and it can be overwhelming. Sometimes, he has stuff on display that is blocking another item, and you don't want to bug him just to see what it is. -Along the same lines, if there is more than 4-5 customers at a time, it can be an uncomfortable experience. Too many people crammed in that shop and you want to leave. -It is hard to get out of. When you try and leave, you can't turn left on 70th Street, and even if you could, the traffic there is terrible and anything other than going right is going to take you a while. There isn't much chance to get around behind the small alleys behind the shops, either. All in all, this is a great place. I have bought wedding gifts, birthday gifts, graduation gifts from him. I have collectibles in my office that were bought from his shop. Sports Card shops provide people with a lot of nostalgia and happy memories. It makes it better when the store is outstanding. Give Wes' a try.

Their new location off of South 56th is at least five times the size of their old store, yet never seems to have the great selection they used to have and the prices have been raised across the board (wall art in particular is extremely pricey). Not only that, today I stopped in to discover that they've done away with their color tag system; now everything is priced as-is without a discount system. Additionally, the majority of the furniture being carried looked cheap and dirty. I did a little research on their website and found that they're now operating an eBay storefront where they seem to be diverting any nicer products. It seems like a crime that they're taking donated local items and trying to sell them online rather than keep them affordable and in the Lincoln community. I don't see myself shopping here again; I'll take my chances on FB marketplace.

That aspect is pretty cool in that there are tables in the back of the store for use by players. There's a whiteboard calendar that shows when there are events going on and such.
