I rarely write poor reviews of companies but after placing my order in-store for two small plaques…read morealmost three months ago, I still have yet to receive an order confirmation or notice that it's done. Could my order have gotten lost? Sure, but I've called four or five times over the last three months to confirm that this isn't the case and politely asked this terribly inept company to send me a confirmation and an expected completion date for this order. I've been told all four or five times that they'll work diligently to figure it out and get back to me within the day. Somehow, that day turns into two and three and four... and now we're sitting at three months for two small plaques. Do NOT use this company if you appreciate reliability or accountability.

My order this year was not quite "perfect". I brought it to the attention of management and it was resolved in a manner that was ABOVE and BEYOND what was necessary. They literally bent over backwards to be sure I was 100% satisfied with the order. I will be a customer for another 30 years....at least.

We were referred by someone who has used Shirts101 in the past and couldn't be happier with the quality of service and the screen printing / embroidering they do for us. Tyson is amazing! Always quick to respond, answers any questions (even if they're stupid questions!), will research any item that you want to see if he can get it, and always follows through.

so sad to leave this review. this place used to be great. they have made some management changes…read moreand this place is horrible. i called about using some artwork that they had of ours for embroidery for special order shirts that i had. the person that does the embroidery came out and looked at shirts. she said no problem. i asked her about the material of the shirts and explained they were very expensive shirts and didnt want to ruin them..she assure me they would be ok..i picked them up, the letter is off centered by over and inch. the chest logo goes into my armpit and the material puckered and looks wrinkled. was told by Vicky Roberts that they should have never done the shirts cause that material doesnt handle any embroidery. they refunded the embroidery but left me with 4 - $90 shirts that are trash...this place will never make it with this new management.

Create a Tee was amazing to work with!…read more I was trying to get 10 shirts last minute for an event and create a tee was able to knock them out in a couple days and give me the best price in town. The best? They did it in 3 days!! I couldn't believe how fast they could produce their shirts and with such quality. Of course this wouldn't happen in 3 days with 90 shirts, but a quick 10 they can knock out! The unique? It is ran by a mother and daughter who are exceptional at customer service and have a passion for the local community. The worst? Protip: Do NOT use Apple Maps to get to their location, Apple Maps keeps using the wrong address. Use the address in Google maps, on Google, or Yelp! The poor owner has been trying to fix their Apple Maps for over a year now and it keeps rerouting to the old building.

They were really quick to get back to me and tried to get a feel for what I was looking for in a design. I needed the shirts in less than a week for an event and they got my shirts done within a day for me. The shirts are a great quality and are priced fairly! The staff and owner are really friendly and helpful throughout the process! I plan to order from here again in the near future!
