I am updating my review to show that he did good work installing the door and opener after he came back, and I will happily use him again. keeping the original review text for transparency Titan was subcontracted by the contractor doing my garage remodel. The gentleman that showed up at my house to do the garage door install was somewhat rude from the start. He started unloading the garage door parts and I reluctantly asked if this meant I was going to have a garage door today. He took 2 steps inside the garage, looked at the opening and said no. When I asked what was wrong he would only tell me it needs a 2x6 all the way around. I explained to him that the guy doing all the framing would be here later today and that I could call him and tell him what needed to be done. Again he would only say it needs 2x6s all the way around. I pointed out that that had already been done by the framer, he disagreed. I offered numerous times to give him the framers number so he could tell him exactly what is needed since I'm not a contractor and I didn't want to misconstrue the instructions. He declined the option to speak to the framer and refused to take his number. Not off to a strong start of a business relationship for any more garage door needs I may have, and I'm currently building a mechanic shop that needs a couple. Shame.
