I was immediately greeted as I walked in the door and both men were very friendly. I was on a tight time frame as I had to pick up my husband. This is the real deal customer service place that we so used to know! They actually help you put the shoe on and tie them! I was so impressed with this service. Caleb waited patiently and went out of his way accommodating my needs. He even pulled up the computer for other options. I am definitely that one who wants to try everything. I am a nurse and have an have a foot injury so trying ever option is critical for comfort . Caleb took MORE than enough time to allow me to find the right fit for my foot. One of the best characteristics that Caleb has is he know his shoes and can tell you the differences in comfort, cushioning and stability of shoes which helped me so much in making a decision. My husband is a bit fussy about shoes and we will be headed there to purchase his shoes as well. Thank you so much Caleb for your excellent customer service, knowledge and just fun to work with. See you soon!

I am not an advanced runner by any means, but my husband swears by this operation so I decided to come in and check them out as I was having some tendinitis issues. The staff, elite runners themselves, took their time to offer me a number of options and try each one until I was completely comfortable. That included walking on their indoor track for a bit of time to ensure no issues. It's a fantastic value for the money, particularly for elite runners or individuals like myself that might be in need of a little TLC for footwear. Once a year, in the spring, during the Berkshire Hathaway stockholders meeting in Omaha, the store shuts down normal operations and goes 100% Brooke shoes, offering amazing discounts and brings in an expanded staff from the Brooks team Additionally, there is a clearance area on shoes and running items as well as a nice assortment of regularly priced items Highly recommend the store for your specialized footwear needs

They didn't have a ton of sizes and their prices was very unclear with regards to which items qualified for the sale and which ones were not. Also the staff didn't ask us once if we needed any help and most of them were at the front counter on their phones. Very unprofessional.

What makes their pricey sportswear SO worth it: 1. The…read morestaff at this store go above and beyond to make sure you get everything you need from grabbing you certain sizes and styles, to ordering items they don't have in stock online for you (with free 3-5 day shipping if you spend over $50). Allie specifically went out of her way to provide me with premier customer service during my last visit. 2. They have a great rewards program (including their sister stores: gap, banana republic + athleta) (that doesn't send you 63882529 emails - only 1 per month with your point balance) so you can rack up points with every purchase and get coupons for $$ off your next purchase. 3. Although Athleta may be pricey for lounge/sports wear (around $90 for a pair of leggings full price) they often have LOTS of sale items and if you do pay full price, it's truly worth every penny because their clothing is quality and will last years before it starts to pill or show signs of wear and tear. Also, their prices are more competitive than their competitor, Lululemon. 4. This brand is more than just the clothing; it supports important causes too. Two examples: Athleta supports an amazing girl power-type campaign called "The Power of She" that enhances body positivity and unites women and girls everywhere with a shared pledge of sisterhood. In addition to leaving the store with some new threads you'll also leave with some good feels as your purchase helps this campaign and Athleta's mission to ignite a community of healthy and confident women and girls who empower each other to realize their limitless potential. Second, Athleta is anti-plastic and bags your purchase in a stylish, quality, reusable bag made out of 100% recycled materials. Every time I make a purchase it's like getting a free gift because of the reusable bag (they make a perfect lunch bag, beach tote, grocery shopping bag, or gift bag).

I had gone in looking for some pants for a clinical rotation requiring business casual allowing for movement with patients. I ended up leaving the store with 4 pairs of pants that I absolutely adore. Tara made sure to make me feel confident in my purchase with several different styles, sizes, and colors. It's been a little challenging finding pants as an individual with some curves and changing sizes. Tara did a WONDERFUL job making me feel confident in my body and the clothes I choose to wear. I have nothing but good vibes with the location out at village point and I can't wait to go back for another sale. As athleisure goes, this isn't the most expensive I've seen but they do run occasional sales! This is 100% worth every penny and allows me to move during physical therapy sessions with patients. I HIGHLY recommend!!

Omaha is a better city for having Grae; this is the kind of business that you go home and talk about with your friends. Visit as soon as you can! You have no idea what you're missing. These gentlemen know everything about the clothing of that they sell. I've been here one time, Ryan was outstanding, he knows what he is doing when putting together not only an outfit, but also a business. The concept is beautifully executed: Boutique clothing for men who know that they want to pay proper attention to how they presented themselves. I came here looking for an outfit in which I could interview at a VA Hospital, and I felt that the clothing out did what I needed. And yet, over a glass of wine and conversations ranging from topics such as the television business to the finer points of breweries in the Pacific Northwest, I found myself making personal connections and finding clothing with which I am eminently thrilled. I'm not an easy target for a salesperson. And these guys are not trying to sell you anything; in sharing their experience and perspective, they are giving you an opportunity to experience a way of envisioning yourself that cannot be found in other retail establishments. They have a well constructed brand, they have a beautiful retail space space, and they know that they can offer their advice to you should you be interested in taking it.
