The best? They did it in 3 days!! I couldn't believe how fast they could produce their shirts and with such quality. Of course this wouldn't happen in 3 days with 90 shirts, but a quick 10 they can knock out! The unique? It is ran by a mother and daughter who are exceptional at customer service and have a passion for the local community. The worst? Protip: Do NOT use Apple Maps to get to their location, Apple Maps keeps using the wrong address. Use the address in Google maps, on Google, or Yelp! The poor owner has been trying to fix their Apple Maps for over a year now and it keeps rerouting to the old building.

She was helpful and got the shirts ordered and ready by the specified date. Thank you Emily! Unfortunately, I developed bronchitis and was too sick to do much of anything. On the evening of the 23rd, I called Big frog to make sure they were open the next day so we could pick up the shirts. Knowing it would be Christmas Eve day, I also checked the website in case they posted that they closed early for the holiday. There was NO indication via their phone message or on their website that they were closed on the 24th. It was a quite drive for us to go out there and being sick, it wasn't something I was up for at the time. So seeing the closed sign on the door was very irritating. I left a voice mail. On Thursday the 26th, I get a voicemail from Travis saying they were closed both the day before and the day after Christmas. He also said that on the 23rd, he called everyone who had orders to pick up. He stated that he didn't call me because, since it was supposed to be picked up earlier in the month, he didn't think my order was urgent enough to call me!! Sorry that I had bronchitis Travis, and was too sick to pick up my order earlier. How RUDE to think my order wasn't urgent enough to warrant a call. I would think one would considered a paid-in-full, Christmas order WOULD be urgent enough for a call. Paid-in-full! Not abandoned. How RUDE to not make your holiday closures public information and easily available to your customers! How was I supposed to figure this out??? And how very RUDE to leave me a voice mail and not ONCE apologize for the inconvenience of not posting store hours, or to consider my patronage not "urgent" enough to warrant a phone call. Overly emotional review? Maybe. But these shirts had a picture of my recently deceased 19 year old nephew on them. His 13 year old sister wanted to give these to her mom and siblings for Christmas. So yes, Travis... this WAS urgent enough for a phone call. EVERY customer order is important, always. That's just good customer service. Emily, your customer service was great, the product was great. Travis, you (and whoever decided that your closure dates did not need to be posted) are the reason I will be going ANYWHERE else for custom clothing services in the future.
