I'm not sure WHAT I was thinking, and thought I would have to go back to him and tell him we couldn't handle his request of custom sizing and 3 sided triangular ones. I came across FireSprint (cool name right?) they only deal with companies, not the end user, and I was stoked by what I saw. I had renewed hope! FireSprint is not only freakishly affordable, their customer service is on point, they are patient with designers in creating custom templates, and they are so nice! They pushed my order through production and I swear it was here in 5 business days. Shipping cost was not crazy at all. The end result was a beautiful bollard cover that was exactly what my customer had ordered. They made us look like magicians! We now intend to advertise bollard covers more heavily in our marketing. They are affordable for us AND our customers! We have already recommended them to our wholesale printer. Pass the word if you are a sign company and need these for your customer. This company is amazing.

Their pre-designed templates are kept fresh and their turnaround time is impressive, especially on rush orders. We're not local... Several states away in fact, but we're not kept waiting for orders. One (only) of our many past orders had a production flaw where screen printing on shirts was coming off in the wash. After I sent some pictures, Image Market replaced the entire order, over $1000 value, no further questions and no shipping charge. Downsides? The per-item cost feels a little high... we're usually paying around $9 for cotton tees... and we're not "buying local", but the convenience of designing online, setting quantities, and getting proofs without having to go back and forth on the phone with a local salesperson keeps us coming back.
