Immediately, I was asked my favorite movie, food, and musician. I landed on Macintosh which is a lovely scent, and this is where we get to the fun part. She helped me print out a photo of the Josh Hutcherson Whistle video on the front of the candle without question. We were giggling the whole time. My friend and I both got free room sprays (which ALSO smell great) I love it there so much and my whistle baby candle will live in infamy. Thank you Yankee Candle.

Then, she pointed out the incredible sale (40% off), which encouraged me to load up on more candles for my personal stash. Additionally, she pointed out the amazing savings with the items in the back of the store that were 50% off. Finally at checkout, she registered me for more savings, gave me another coupon to use with my current purchase and loaded my email inbox with even more savings at my future visits. This all was an amazing experience because I love to feel that I'm saving money (LOL). I went in the store with the intentions to spend a certain amount but with her excellent sales skills I spent 4 times as much and I don't feel guilty because of the amazing savings that I got. Of course they have lots of great quality products and an incredible amount of inventory in store. But most of all the customer service was incredible. I will definitely be returning very soon to use my generous savings coupons that I revceived in my email inbox. I look forward to excellent customer experience along with amazing savings very soon.
