Since he left, there are some new faces, and a couple of them have been helpful. Unfortunately, the employee I encounter most often doesn't seem very engaged. When I ask for assistance, she typically points me to the aisle and leaves me to sort through the many options on my own. On my most recent visit, she was sitting at the counter on her phone as I walked into the store, found the products I needed in two different aisles, and returned to the register. She didn't notice I was there until I set my items on the counter, at which point she turned around to help me. I'll continue shopping here because I like the store and its products, but I'll also be looking at other retailers where I can receive more product guidance and customer service.

But there's only one thing I asked: that you guys fix your delivery time. A 7-day wait is too long. Bud is always fresh and it seems like they update their selections every week or month. Friendly, knowledgeable staff so I can't complain. If you go to the bud tender on ames their bud seems like it's been in storage for a few months then placed on the shelves for consumers.
