Many if not most e-liquids need a little time to age or steep before they develop their full flavor. There are many videos on YouTube detailing different techniques, but I have had good results by shaking the bottle until there are lots of little bubbles in the liquid and then leaving it with the lid open in a dark place. Shake and repeat every 12-24 hours. Give it a taste every day until the flavor is what you want. Most liquids will only take two or three days, but some can take much longer. I have been very pleased with my experiences at this shop. Solid selection and knowledgeable staff.

I really miss Trent at the west location. He was always knowledgeable, took the time to explain the…read moredifferences between products, and helped me make informed decisions. Since he left, there are some new faces, and a couple of them have been helpful. Unfortunately, the employee I encounter most often doesn't seem very engaged. When I ask for assistance, she typically points me to the aisle and leaves me to sort through the many options on my own. On my most recent visit, she was sitting at the counter on her phone as I walked into the store, found the products I needed in two different aisles, and returned to the register. She didn't notice I was there until I set my items on the counter, at which point she turned around to help me. I'll continue shopping here because I like the store and its products, but I'll also be looking at other retailers where I can receive more product guidance and customer service.

Downloaded this app again just to give this place a review…read more I was a little hesitant to go into a nutrition store as someone who only lifts casually nowadays. But the staff are all incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about products. I didn't feel at any point like I was being pushed or shamed to buy products I didn't need, which has been my experience at similar businesses years ago.

It looks like New Dawn has products that I haven't seen in other supplement stores and they are things that I can take as a natural athlete that will improve my strength, lean muscle, and fat burning. I am out of state so I've never stepped foot in the store but working with Brandon to make sure my products are shipped to me has been very easy. He also took the time to explain what products may work best for my goals and the timing and frequency when to take them. I have been using their products for 3 months (cutting phase) and have seen a difference. A+ rating from me!

I recently switched from Kohll's Pharmacy after receiving CPAP supplies through them for just over…read morea year. Beginning in June 2025, after completing an online refill request, I was notified that an updated prescription was required to continue billing for supplies. Despite multiple follow-ups, the process never moved forward. I received repeated text reminders (June 25, July 22, August 27, and November 6) stating I was due for supplies, along with several phone calls on my end (July 15, August 19, November 18, and December 8). I also had e-mail communication with staff (J.R.G) during this time. Each interaction indicated that someone was following up, but the issue remained unresolved. Unfortunately, by the time my insurance reset for the new year and my deductible restarted, I still had not received supplies, which led me to seek a new provider. Sharing this in case others are experiencing something similar, and to help bring visibility to what may be a larger process gap.
