I went to Roll N' Smoke yesterday for the first time, I met a gentlemen named Kevon. I usually go to a different store on Q street next to Hyvee but I decided to try this location out. He was very helpful, and pretty fun too, he made my time there enjoyable. He explained a lot to me about the different things they have and the new stuff that comes in. He made me stay an extra 20 mins just helping and telling me things that were new. I will keep coming to this location because of the interactions and energy that this young man gave off. He for sure needs a raise the way he was interacting with me and explaining things to me. I'm not the brightest bulb, but I like when people explain things to you instead of making you feel like you are completely clueless. So, he's good in my book and for sure gained a customer, and I hope that this review gets to his manager and to him because he definitely needs some type of compensation for his energy and explanations in that store that I received yesterday. best store I've seen so far they have an amazing selection water and hand pipes along with the biggest selection of vapes in home and the staff is 10/10 nah better then that 100/10 . cigars that's a whole sam club warehouse full cigars I love it . I spend a lot of time visiting smoke shops around Omaha, I have been to several that severely overcharge for their products and I can happily say that roll n smoke has the best prices in town on all their products.
