This review is about the entire 42 degrees Company and not any particular store or employees. I came to 42 degrees Millard on opening day and have been a regular customer at most locations ever since. Recently I made the decision to sever my more than decade long relationship with 42 degrees for personal reasons and personal growth. This action prompted 1 or 2 employees I have known all this time to be very happy for me and offer to help in any way. The majority of employees across the stores I went to regularly became fantastic haters actively trying to derail me. They deserve all the credit for this review and I thank you all! lol. "I'll do what I do and you do what you can do about it." My last comment is for everyone considering going to 42. It is the place I would go over any others but understand it's just a head shop. It's not a place to get real information about what you're looking for and you're being told about products by employers who earn a commission. YOUR best interests are not the concern. 32 Degrees started partnership with a Company called UniUni and they are very Unreliable! I've ordered some items from 32 Degrees back in November and I never received my package! Uniuni drivers claimed they tried to deliver my package but I wasn't here which is a lie, because I was home waiting for that package and looking out for anyone that would be delivering my package! My neighbor has also kept a lookout for my package also. I've contacted UniUni many times and sent plenty of emails, but I was always given the same ole reason; someone tried to deliver my package but couldn't even though I've informed that company to please leave my packages inside my front door!! Til this day, I still haven't received my package and 32 Degrees didn't get it back from what I heard. Today I've talked to a representative regarding my experience and my concerns after being a loyal customer for many years ordering plenty of things, but I was told that 32 Degrees are going to continue to partner with UniUni until whenever. I informed 32 Degrees that I will no longer order anything from their company unless they continue to use UPS, FedEx or even the USPS to deliver customers packages! Lets start off with my history with this store. I have been a loyal shopper to this store for going on 10 years. I have alway stayed loyal to this store because they carried quality products and always had top notch customer service. Until today. Had my wife go to the store to purchase a new charging unit for the batteries on a vaping device. She arrived at the store asked to see the selection, employees inside advised her that there is but only one option, and that it would cost 54$. Fast forward to when she gets home and I look at the product that she bought for a steep price tag. The product that that store is selling for 54$, is purchased wholesale at a below 10$ price tag, the product itself is a tiny piece of plastic, that only came with a 8 inch long USB charging cable. Not even a outlet charging cable. The device is tiny, with clearly "made in china" markings on the box. More than likely a bulk Temu purchase given those chargers are found on there as well. Contact the store to ask them why they are supplying cheap garbage for insanely high mark ups, to which the lady over the phone agreed that it was garbage, and that since I was a loyal customer for almost a decade that they would allow me to return it for an in store credit or to swap it out for a different product in the store. I denied the return as it would ultimately end up back in the box on their shelf to be scammed to the next customer, and wanted my cash back not to swap for another incorrectly labeled product on their shelves.. Good thing to agree that something is garbage and expect consumer confidence to sky rocket and come shop again, said no one ever. I asked for the contact details of whom sets their prices in store and was denied the ability to speak and make a complaint with whom is responsible for listing a 400% markup on a cheap item. After 10 years, I will not utilize this store any further. Greed, Ignorance, and terrible customer support is to blame. Went in for the first time today to grab a vape and was excited to see they had so much to offer. The store is very clean and the employee's were very helpful and friendly. I stuck around for about 20 minute just chatting with them since I am new from California and they made me feel very welcomed to Nebraska. Very friendly staff and a good selection. I bought a disposable vape 3 days ago, there is more that a 1/3 left and it will not hit anymore. Only thing I was told is sometimes it doesn't use all of the oil. Huge waste of money when there is so much left that can't be used. read more

Update: the 2 stores have merged! So now it's just one with everything combined. I love this place! Especially because they have both stores side by side catering to multiple smoking preferences. The employees are always very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I have. I'm someone that likes to get suggestions and they always follow it up with asking my taste preferences before pointing me in the right direction rather than just telling me what they like. The store is set up well with the merchandise displays and employees are always well groomed and well spoken. My favorite vape/smoke shop in town for sure. read more

Great customer service at this location!! 42° had an ad on 106.9 for a free sample. No purchase necessary. I went to the 42° off of L St. down in South Omaha where they made me feel like a complete idiot for even mentioning the ad that I had heard just days prior. I heard the ad again after that visit. I decided to call this time instead of just stop in and I forgot her name but the lady that answered totally had understood what I was asking and had even heard the ad herself. She checked the system for both stores and found that all stores were out of the free sample. She said she would give 50% off due to the inconvenience of the other store saying that there was no specials going on at all. When I got there they had system issues on applying the 50% off so they just gave it to me. Very awesome service and very awesome follow through to ensure that the ad was fufilled one way or another. read more

Overall craptastic customer service. Went in spent 6 bucks on a replacement coil for my crown tank and it wont even fire and they refused to replace it to top this the store didn't have the. Ejuice i wanted. Wouldn't be so irritated about that if it wasn't for the fact that non of the 42 stores have had either of the desired flavors i wanted and offer nothing comparable and they haven't stocked them in almost 2 weeks. I Went in and bought a grinder. After paying for it, I held it again and realized it had a bad feeling in my hand. It felt like running my hand on a chalk board. I then asked to return it and buy a different one. The salesman said there's no returns even tho I never left the store.
