When I decided to give vaping a try in hopes of quitting smoking, I went into L & L Vapes. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by several of their staff members. They were not pushy at all. They said hello and asked if they could help me with anything. When I stated that I was just looking around, they backed off. Once, I had taken in all of the options, I asked for assistance and instruction as I was new to vaping. I was given detailed instructions and never felt that any of my questions were stupid. Since I was new to vaping, I wanted to shop around to be sure that I was getting the best products, price and service. I was loathe to leave sunny San Diego and my Vapure e-smoke shop for the Midwest, but duty calls where it calls. In my first 24 hours as a Nebraska denizen, I have found L&L Vapes, which meets and even surpasses what I considered to be the gold standard of e-smoke shops. The location is easy to find, and when I entered, I was greeted with a vast array of vaping devices. Unlike some other places I had been, L&L isn't a depository for cheap Chinese e-cigarettes. They mean business. When the lady working the counter wasn't able to answer my questions about my mod setup, she quickly found a subject matter expert who guided me to what ended up being a superior solution to my disposable atomizer setup. The tank I had tried months ago was a bust, but being able to test a new tank setup proved to be a winner. When it came time to sample some flavors, I was guided to a bona-fide sample lounge, where I was free to have a seat and sample all the flavors to my heart's desire. L&L pre-loads the flavors into tanks, so switching flavors was as simple as swapping tanks. It's a brilliant and simple solution to extensive flavor sampling that I'm dumbfounded hasn't been done before. Six new favorite flavors found their way onto my order, and the price for the 15ml bottles was better than reasonable. The bottle tips provide a generous flow, and are ideal for tank-filling. I have to reiterate the friendliness, knowledge and helpfulness of the staff. Having been an avid "Vaper" for the better part of 2 years now, I have been in and out of several of the vape stores in Omaha, NE. That being said, the ONLY store I will go to from now on is L&L Vapes at 2904 S. 180th St. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by staff who are both kind and courteous. What's more is they are not total snobs like those that I've encountered in many other Vape stores. While maintaining a sense of professionalism (they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful) they also know the importance of just being "nice people". They are not pushy, rude, or put off by any amount of questions you may have. Everytime I go in, I feel as if I'm talking to a friend, rather than an employee. Regarding the selection, they have it all. L&L Vapes offers a wide range of flavors (well over 100) as well as an extensive selection of vapes/mods/whatever you choose to call them and related accessories. As if that weren't enough, they offer excellent specials throughout the week (such as Wednesdays buy 15/ml and we'll make it a 30/ml) and last but not least.... The Wheel O' Prizes ! (I don't think it's actually called that, but whatever. I have known of vaping for over a year and purchasing vaping items off of the Internet believing that those items were worth my money. I have tried so many different types of vaping instruments and none of them that we're from the Internet never really gave me the satisfaction that I was looking for. This place has very friendly hosts that show you around and let you try before you buy so you know that you are making the best personal choice! I loved this place the moment I walked in because of how friendly they were. They have a LARGE variety of vaping instruments to flavors and that is was caught my eye also. I HIGHLY recommend this for starters and experienced people of vaping. You might expect a musty, dark room full of shady people when you think "tobacco store"- technically this is not a tobacco store. It's brightly lit, with really nice people who are willing to walk you through everything you'll need to get started vaping! They let you try their multitude of different flavors; from Redbull to SweetTarts and Strawberry/Banana to straight-up Menthol. I walked in not really planning on spending anything, but once I tried everything out, I was hooked! Nicotine craving satisfied and no bad taste? Is this a dream? Definitely not. While visiting mom and grandma in NE we stopped by L&L Vapes. We have a vape shop in California so we wanted to check out the vape world in NE. Super helpful and friendly group.
