There's a comfortable lounge and a well-stocked humidor. The employees there have always been helpful when asked for recommendations.

This is a great place, but his selection changes way too much. As soon as you find a cigar you like, it goes away.

When I looked online at the options of what was on tap, most bars, even the craft beer bars had the same six beers on tap. This place had a list, according to their Yelp links and menu pictures, of more eclectic craft beers. Having more emails to process, I went there with a desire to work and drink craft beer in solitude. When I arrived, the final four games of FIFA were playing, so I thought, this is a good sports pub to watch events. I got some good advice from the beer tender, Benjamin, and reclined to the outside beer patio to do emails but heat the game. After the first beer, as an occasional cigar smoker, I did inspect their humidor and found a nice 10-pack of cigarillos, to enjoy. I had no matches or a lighter, but was taken care of. It was a most wonderful afternoon and a truly enjoyable way to work and multitask. I would recommend this place unreservedly

You can save 4% if you pay cash, otherwise you get charged 4% extra if paying with a card. Which is odd because then you're never actually paying the price advertised...seems like it'd make more sense to just raise everything 4% and offer the discount.

Worth noting. Good barkeeps, too. The games are old school, and I'm old, so I love this place. Bless 'em for letting me live in my youth for a moment. Cost is reasonable, too. Parking is Benson. Depending on when you go, it could be great, or packed. YMMV. Will definitely return.

There is an upstairs that has the main bar and best games. There are a few booths in the middle of this area, too, so you can take a break (if you're lucky enough to get a booth) between game sessions. They also have a basement that is full of more games, and they sometimes open it up for a small cover that gives you "free play" all day (no quarters required!) You can also rent out the basement for events, which I've been to a few down there (one birthday, one wedding). It would be a super fun place to hold your next event or party. Lastly, they have a VERY wide variety of drinks and beer, so you'll definitely find at least something you like. If you are a fan of old school arcade games, good beer/cocktails, and a bustling good time, Beercade would be right up your (Skee-Ball) alley!

Well I was embarrassingly surprised at the quality of bourbons that they had behind the counter. Let's face it, If you're looking for anything Buffaloe Trace, or Heaven Hill etc... They have it! You may ask then why the low rating score?... Well, If you're into paying 200% and upwards over msrp for a bottle of liquor, then this is the place for you. I am not sure how this place survives with competing grocers and other well established sprit shops within 15-20 minutes of each other that carry the same brands. In some instances you may have to enter a raffle for the Wellers, Pappy's etc. But you would never pay 200% over msrp, which let's be honest - this is probably the worst price gouging in the state! Before someone states "that's business 101" I understand that they are in business to make a buck! But charging over $300 for a $35-50 bottle of bourbon? This is some type of slum-lord ownership that I personally would not mind seeing close its doors - which probaby will not happen bc everyone needs their hooch!

So many one-of-a-kind things here. The most beautiful ones are made here by John, the luthier/owner. He's happy to talk to you about instruments and to show you around his shop and the rest of the building - part of it is a vintage theater, the kind that used to be found in all parts of Omaha. Fascinating! Not long ago I stopped in to look at guitars. Mind you, I don't actually PLAY guitar, but I have gotten to a somewhat competent level at ukulele and baritone ukulele, and therefore I am craving the novelty of something new, that I can be bad at. I mentioned this to the woman working there, and she said "well, why don't you just take a class with John and he can teach you to build one"? Wow, this woman GETS ME. A total level up from what I was considering doing. I'm still thinking about doing this. But on this visit, I was just here to get a string, as moments earlier I had purchased a uke at a thrift store and it had a broken string. John had his assistant put on the string. He offered to show me how to put on the string, but since I already know (but just didn't have a string) I looked around the store and stroked a lovely cat on the counter. Which she enjoyed until she abruptly didn't, we know how cats are. Anyway, John wouldn't accept any money for the string or for the putting-on of the string. That was nice. Great place!
