I come here with my girlfriend when she needs refills for her vape pen. They seem to have a really great selections and brands but their customer service is a little lacking. They don't really feel genuine in their customer engagement and it feels like the people we usually meet there would rather stay away from the counter to smoke with friends and coworkers then help customers. Update: Again, poor service. If my girlfriend didn't like their selection so much, I wouldn't be coming back with her. This is a pretty established and profesh vape shop in a time where new vape shops seem to be popping up in every cheap retail bay in the city. Yeah, the jury's out whether or not vaping is bad for your health, but it at least seems less harsh on your lungs than smoking. So it's got that going for it. Vaping may be the fad of the moment, but shops such as Generation V really present it as an uber-fun hobby. They offer highly customizable vapes and hundreds of juice flavors to try. You can even sit around with the guys working, shoot the breeze and puff on some vapes. Sounds like a pretty fun job to me. They'll also give your vape a tune up if you need it. I've been to a few vape shops that are quite sketchy with ill-informed staff. Good place to start vaping, they have a good selection of e-liquid and you can try each one. The staff is two pretty laid back guys, I would say they know what they are talking about. The selection of the vaps is small, probably just the most popular one. I don't know what is the hype with those Vapes, been smoking for the last 10 years, decided to ditch the fags, so far haven't had the urge to lit up unlike when I tried with the nicorette gums. I hope soon I will be able to ditch the e-cig too. read more

after looking around online for various reviews to different places, I realized one of the main issues people face with vape stores is that the people who work there can be pushy. this was not at all our experience at Generation V. the guys working behind the bar today were fantastic, likable, and knowledgable. I didn't feel pushed to buy more than I needed, and they actually said "it's okay, we'll teach you!" when I wasn't in the know. all in all great experience I'll tell everyone :) read more
