They don't really feel genuine in their customer engagement and it feels like the people we usually meet there would rather stay away from the counter to smoke with friends and coworkers then help customers. Update: Guys were on point, willing to talk, actually was able to have a conversation with staff. Good experience!

I strongly recommend going to a different smoke shop other than twigs. One that is more…read moreprofessional and value their customers. Twig employees are con artists. They sale counterfeit products as the original manufacturers. Which by the way is illegal. The owners are dishonest, greedy low lives. Just trying to make a quick buck. Don't make the same mistake as I did. I bought 3 packs of raw 1 1/4 cones, opened them up to find out they were not authentic raw cones. They were some homemade crap. An unevenly cut plastic clear straw was in place of the wood piece that's used to stuff. The filter in the paper did not have a raw logo on it. All 3 packages looked like this. Raw cones packaging are not very secure & are very easy to open up & close without looking like it's been tampered with. I called them and they proceeded to tell me they couldn't do anything else but SELL ME more because they don't accept refunds. I asked for a replacement or REAL cones & he proceeded to say that wasn't possible either. Almost laughed about it. I said I was going to make a bad yelp review and he said "Okay cool" & hung up on me. Absolutely horrible customer service. Even the outside packaging of the box is not correct. The colors aren't even the same.

I really miss Trent at the west location. He was always knowledgeable, took the time to explain the…read moredifferences between products, and helped me make informed decisions. Since he left, there are some new faces, and a couple of them have been helpful. Unfortunately, the employee I encounter most often doesn't seem very engaged. When I ask for assistance, she typically points me to the aisle and leaves me to sort through the many options on my own. On my most recent visit, she was sitting at the counter on her phone as I walked into the store, found the products I needed in two different aisles, and returned to the register. She didn't notice I was there until I set my items on the counter, at which point she turned around to help me. I'll continue shopping here because I like the store and its products, but I'll also be looking at other retailers where I can receive more product guidance and customer service.
