DO NOT GO WITH AT&T!!! They don't have a contract but you are pretty much locked into the plan unless you want to end up losing your trade-in value and paying for the full price of the phone. Emmanuel took so much time with me- he taught me and he did back up old phone up, set it up explained the differences between both phones in a way I could understand. I have had terrible experiences with AT&T Stores but not this store. His manager was 100% SUPPORTIVE of all the time Emmanuel took with me- I first went to store in Pheasant Lane mall as I made an appt but it was the wrong store I made appt at- no one offered to help me. This is a follow up to my last review and a response to the Business manager . I followed all of the directions given to resolve this issue 1) pay the bill, 2)pay off the phone ,3)call Customer service to have USELESS ,UNWANTED line removed . Great experience here! After spending 3 hours in the mall at the apple store, Verizon and AT&T we came here and glad we did. There was a short wait but thankfully they had a tv with the Disney channel on my daughter was occupied. Alex was so helpful. Never expected to walk out of there with the new iPhone 11 pro, switching my service from Verizon, and saving money. Alex was patient and very knowledgeable. He went over ALL of our options in detail and didn't make us feel rushed at all. We left with everything we wanted and more, plus satisfied with an excellent experience. This review is specific to the stand alone store next to the Pheasant Lane Mall, not the store inside the mall. My wife and I stopped there on Saturday morning , October 23rd ,to order a new phone to replace mine. There were just two customers in the store and what appeared to be four employees. We were greeted at the door and told they would be with us in about 10 minutes. An hour later we were still waiting . The third and fourth employee disappeared into the back and never returned..evidently they left to deliver some product elsewhere . The two employees left were with customers and one was the assistant manager. Frankly they appeared to to be moving in slow motion and seemed to have no concern that we were waiting for the amount of time we did. More customers continued to enter the store and were waiting. One of the employees was enjoying a continuous social exchange with their customer and seemed to be making no progress on completing the sale. In fact the daughters with the customer went out and brought everybody back iced coffee! At this point three customers left the store. Finally the assistant manager attended to us only to tell us the phone was not in stock and offered an alternative. We asked him to call the Nashua mall store and he declined as he said " they have different inventory " . He did not offer to order the phone as " he can't tell what is coming" . We walked out. Evidently our time, as long term customers is not as valuable as theirs. We went to the Pheasant Lane Mall store and was asked at the door what we they could help us with . We told them and were told the phone was not in stock but could be ordered and we would have it in five days. We were in and out in under 25 minutes. Some suggestions for the stand alone store...follow the Malls store lead and ask specifically what the customers need and secondly, if the item is out of stock.....note it on the display. Put some bounce in your step and show some respect for your customers. read more

Maybe we just got one bad egg, because I'm so unthrilled with this particular branch, especially since I've had such better experience in ATT stores almost anywhere else I went. We went there because where we recently moved to doesn't get ATT service (even though we live not even a mile away from the store -- and by no service, I mean no service. Not "no 3G" -- it's "Not even one bar unless I leave the apartment complex and get onto the main road), so we asked about a router of sorts. The cost was astronomical, so we asked if there was any way we could find some type of discount, since we were only buying it so we could continue having ATT be our provider. The guy was brash and said there was obviously no way (didn't even ask or find out -- just a flat-out "no") and when we expressed annoyance over the fact that we have to pay through the nose just to get regular service in a heavily populated area, he first said, "Well -- what do you want ME to do?" and then threatened to help us cancel our ATT account and switch over to Verizon. Which is sad, since I've had wonderful experiences with ATT stores all over the place for the past three or so years. Hopefully I'll get someone else the next time I need to step in there -- or maybe I'll just save it for when I'm in a different area of town. read more

I had a fantastic experience here getting my new smart phone. A guy named Joseph helped me get a new phone, the HTC Vivid. He had an answer for every single geeky inquisition I had. I was attended to within seconds of entering the building. I was extremely satisfied with the phone I got and the customer service I received. For such a high quality phone, I was also impressed with the price of only 99 dollars (although I'm pretty sure that price comes from HTC and not AT&T). Couldn't have asked more from this phone buying experience. The customer service guy gave so much insight on the phone and extra info on things like the best apps, saving battery life, and the better cases - all stuff he really didn't have to do. read more

Outstanding experience here. March, 2017 I purchased two iPhone 7's. The second one had to be ordered because the store didn't have the color I wanted (I could pick it up within a week). The salesman was Tyler. He was completely knowledgable about assessing the best plan and rates for me (I already had three other AT&T services and got a good "bundled" rate.) Tyler was very familiar with the phone and he completely set it up for me (transferring all the data from my previous phone). He was patient, unhurried and answered all my questions. He even went out to my car and paired the phone with Lexus' bluetooth (and it's working great - thank you, Tyler!). When I went to pick up the second phone a week later Ronnie waited on me. He was very patient and gave me a lot of tips regarding the phone I wasn't aware of (thanks for that battery tip, Ronnie!) Both times I went to the store on a weekday afternoon between 2-4pm and it wasn't crowded (on one visit when I left the store at 5pm there was no one in the store).. I will say that I have shopped at this store over that last ten years or so and almost always have had a good experience. There may have been that rare occasion a long time ago where there was a mediocre salesperson, but the employees there now are great! You won't be disappointed. read more

Joe helped me, he has terrible customer service skills and should be on a performance plan. He is brash and rude. I am saddened to say I just signed a 2 year contract for my IPhone 5S with AT&T and there service is less than baseline. What a disappointment. read more

He is professional and genuinely seems to care about finding us exactly what we needed, no pressure sales which we appreciate. Came in needing to replace an old flip phone for a technologically un-savvy family member. Found a phone that met all the requirements and had a reasonable price without any 2-year agreements ($50). Walked up to an employee and told him "give me this one" and took out cash to pay for it. He brought the phone and said "I need to see your ID to verify you are an authorized user on the account". I told him I'm not because it's a family account, but that I just wanted to buy a phone. I didn't need to change my service, I didn't need a new SIM card, nothing complicated. Just wanted to get a new phone and swap the SIM into it like I've done a dozen times before. To this the employee rudely replied that "we are not in the business of selling phones". Then what business are they in? Selling used car parts? Went into another AT&T store and got the phone without any problems. This store is run by rude and arrogant people who either don't know what they're doing or frankly just don't care. Avoid it. read more

I have been with ATT wireless for over a decade and the only two bad experiences I have had is with this store. I insist that they write down the agreed upon charges because they put in charges that you never agreed to Twice I have had to go ATT and show them the written numbers and they have removed the charges. You cannot even turn to the manager of the store Rodrigues, who is singularly unqualified for the job. Probably the rudest man you have the misfortune to deal with. My wife and I went to this store to buy a iPhone with the AT&T credit card and they denied selling it to us. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB and all of those who were denied should all do the same. They advertised the card saying if you use your Citi AT&T card you can get a credit after you meet all their requirements. It is the most ridiculous thing that they don't accept their own credit card. read more

I used this store on a number of occasions over a number of years. It used to be a decent place, but but for quite some time now each and every interaction at that place makes me to wish I haven't gone there. The stuff is as a rule incompetent and is not able to answer any more-or-less in-depth questions about either service or equipment. If you take your issue to the management, it comes across as arrogant and outright deceptive. Bottom line, on most occasions I was leaving the store without my needs being resolved. Do yourself a favor and take your business to the ATT store across the plaza in the mall. You will get entirely different experience there. read more

My experience was terrible. My daughter needed a new phone. First I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to talk to me then the manager talked to me inappropriately and said I don't need your snippy comments and all I said was why do you have to pay $150 to upgrade a broken phone. I switched from Verizon to At & T, and I didn't even last 3 weeks with them, not only was the service horrible, but the fact part of the incentive to go to them was to pay off any contracts i may have with Verizon, which they told me i had no contract, comes to find out i had 3 that they didnt pay off. So needless to say it made me leave them only after 3 weeks of being with them. Tried to bring back the horrible phone i bought through them, and because i was over 2 weeks, they refused, so now i'm stuck with a phone i cannot use with a bill of 300.00 which is ridiculous. No help from any managers at the store, who said He would try to get it escalated to higher ups to let me turn in the phone. Will NEVER recommend them to anyone. read more

Never have I experienced a worse customer service from a store. I have had a very good experience with AT&T in general throughout my contract with them, however this store in particular has left an indelible smear on my image of this company. Not only do they have the worst customer service in store, with only two store clerks who obviously have no clue as to how to efficiently handle a store with more than one person in it, but it is almost impossible to reach this store by phone in order to track the status of an order because nobody answers the phone. I have called at least 10 times over the past hour to try and get a status update as to the whereabouts of the phone I have ordered and still, there has not been a single clerk with the decency to answer a single phone call. There is another AT&T store right across the street in the mall...I would suggest going to that any day over this poor excuse for a store. read more
