Replaced daughter's screen. It was an obvious aftermarket, but okay. After a while - it kept poping out. It eventually came out, ripping out the cable and proximity sensor. After bringing it to a different place - they said the aftermarket screen ad been replaced without the required adhesive. They said the could fix the keyboard if my MacBook. Instead they tried to charge me for repair with a broken keyboard. They lied and kept the device for over a week without results. I took the laptop to a qualified repair location and they said this business damaged the inside of my laptop and gave it back to me missing screws and parts. Got it back and tested the wireless charging and it worked but asked to test the magnets on the back. They said they didn't have any but it would work. It didn't when I got him. I don't give negative reviews very often, so the fact that I'm even bothering to do so here should tell you something about our experience. My husband and I came here yesterday to get his charging port cleaned. The guy at the counter asked him if he wanted the screen replaced, and my husband said no. We came back to pick it up 45 minutes later, and sure enough, the screen was replaced against my husband's wishes. We then had to wait another 15 minutes for him to try to switch back to the old screen, and when he couldn't do it, he tried to charge my husband for his mistake! Not to mention, this guy was coughing, sneezing, and wiping his nose the whole time, with no mask in sight. When he saw me wiping my husband's phone with a Lysol wipe, he mentioned that he has allergies. Um, maybe you should try wearing a mask then?! Don't bother, Scam artist!!! went in to get my Samsung 20Ultra screen Fixed was charger $370 just so that a FEW hours later It stopped working correctly. The screen started flickering in a purple color, speakers and charger port stopped working, the phone was literally detaching from where they opened it, screws were missing and to top it off it's not even the right part. I got a screen replace here in 2017 November and it's cost me $120. The quality of screen is sucks it's start inproperly just 3 month or even 2 month later. I though I can endure it but it's become worse. I went to store want get a warranty in the May but the stuff told me I cause it by myself!! I need to pay another $60 to get replace another screen. Vendor haggled the repair price with him but it was agreed to fix the screen for $160. When he got the phone back, the phone is now in a reboot mode. The phone was perfectly fine when it was provided to Ifix to replace the screen. My son attempted twice to get this resolved and the vendor refused. I came in order to replace my iPhone 6S screen and before starting the replacement I asked them if it was original piece, and they said yes. After completing the process I compared to my sister's phone and it was just completely different and whiteish. After that I've talked with the manager who said he couldn't do anything about it and also said that the screen wasn't that same of apple but it was original, I think he doesn't get what original means. Then I asked them to put the cracked screen back and they charged me 30 dollars for the service, but I still preferred doing that rather than having that horrible service on my phone. Then gave me a really hard time about fixing it. After fixing the frame i get the phone back and the camera, flashlight, microphone doesnt work...and im still figuring out what else they messed up. Buyer beware! Read reviews before handing over your phone! I Went to Ifixphones at pheasant lane mall today to get a price to replace my cracked screen for iPhone 12 pro. Employee seemed nice enough, convinced me he could fix it no problem for $220 and my data would be fine and it would only take a bout 30 minutes, he told me it comes with a 6 month warranty also.(This is also stated on the receipt) He also told me that Apple often can not fix the screens on the same day and that I would have to leave the phone with them. I returned 30 minutes later, the touch screen was barely responsive, I would have to tap the phone screen about 4-5 times for it to wake. Camera and face ID no longer worked and it would keep blacking out before I could punch in my lock code, only to start over again tapping on the screen to try to get it to wake. At this time he told me that touch to wake is not part of the coverage, but " I can get you a new camera here by Tuesday, I'll only charge you the cost of it which is $100. I asked him to just put my old screen back on and requested him to honor the 6month "touch screen warranty". The screen had only been on about 25 minutes. He would not honor the warranty and he would not tell me his name either. There is no contact email or corporate email/phone number to try to get a refund either. This seemingly nice guy turned shady as soon as he took payment! I had to have Apple replace the screen that AND they did it the same day! Apple genius also said often these places will break the camera or facial id when they "replace" your screen, because they dont know what they are doing. I always read yelp and other reviews, and this time I did not, shame on me! Stay away from here at all costs, it will cost you double in the end. read more

No review, just a complaint. You jizzheads replaced a screen for my girl a few months ago. After waiting an hour for service we received a phone with no speaker output. We brought it back the same day and were told to wait a day to bring it back. We brought it back and got it "repaired" and upon receiving it thought all was well. Well guess what? A few days later lines appeared across the screen. We let it go due to your repeated incompetence and realizing you dips are con artists. Big mistake. One line eventually turned into 2 and then 3. We also were missing a pin part to the phone. Now over the past few weeks the phone has been running hot and discharging unbelievably fast. The phone freezes and locks her out of apps on her phone. We opened the back of the phone up. Guess what? The battery is glued into the back of the phone, but not just that. the battery is wrapped in plastic and we are unable to get it out of the casing. There's melted glue residue all over the inside. It appears you crooks screwed the phone up on purpose. Now. We did attempt to bring it back a few days before we inspected the inside because it was starting to reboot occassionally. We were told that we probably dropped the phone and in order to get it fixed you were gonna charge another 120 bucks to fuck up the phone more. Now. I went with Sony Experia Z Ultra to change the battery , the guy there told me it will cost $90.00 to replace the battery and will call me when it is done, I paid $45 down payment and left my phone there to be fixed , I received a call from someone who works there and been told they didn't change the battery but the phone is working now , I went to pick it up and he told me that he just put it on the charge and it was fine, so I asked him why he didn't change the battery he said he couldn't find a new battery for this phone , I told him it is on eBay , you can order it and replace it, the only reason I came to you because I cant figure out how to open this phone, he said nothing he can do about it, I asked for my money back because he didn't do what we agreed upon but he said he wont refund anything because the phone is working now, the pone was dead again after 3 hours , I knew the battery was no good that is why I wanted to change it. I hate given bad reviews, but I need to warn others. The kiosk operating at the Pheasant Lane Mall with the logo "Cellularia" uses the deposit account "iFixPhones", so I am assuming that I am talking about the same company. My grand daughter had an iPhone 6+ touch screen replaced at this kiosk for $90 and in less that four weeks it was not responding to some screen presses and was getting worse. After six weeks the touch screen started to separate. When we went back to exercise the 'six month' warranty, the man at the booth told us that he would have to charge us, because we purchased the replacement from 'another' guy who no longer leased out the booth. When I asked him what he would do, he said he would also replace it for deal, $60. This is not what I have always understood as a 6 month warranty. We took it down the other side of the mall to another kiosk to have it replaced. It looks better than the other repair looked and we'll see how it goes. This man appeared to be a lot smarter and either way, I will happy to write, hopefully, a very positive review for this nice guy. read more

If I could give zero stars here, I would. My screen shattered while at Pheasant Lane, so my first stop was the Apple Store. They had a two hour wait and I had somewhere to go. Instead, I found iFixPhones and they only needed 20 minutes. They repaired my screen and I bought a replacement case all for $125. I questioned the screen being dark and yellowish when I picked it up. They said that I needed to "readjust my settings". I tried for hours to adjust the settings at home and even contacted Apple support. It is not the settings -- it is the screen itself. Then, less than 24 hours later, my touch screen randomly stopped working. When the problem persisted, I brought the phone back to the store. When I picked up the phone this time, I was told that the touch screen not working is a "software issue" and that, if I brought back my receipt, they "might take another look at it".
