You guys Rock, I highly recommend this place over any phone repair shops, They will take care of you like they took care of me and saved me lots of money from upgrading to a new phone !

    I am left so-o-o frustrated with this company! The staff can't seem to put their personal business…read moreaside to take care of customers. When I walked in they couldn't decide who was going to take care of me. When that situation was handled I explained that I needed to take my daughters phone off of my ex-husband's account (due to his passing away) and put her on my account. The young lady didn't know how to do this. She then asked another young lady, which she had to go in the back to get her. A young man came out with her to see how this was going to be done. It took quite awhile. I then asked if a refund of all or part of the payment that was taken out of my ex-husband's bank account 3 days ago was possible,they said call 611 to find out, but they thought the answer would be no. Come to find out it's called a "pay back". We are still waiting after 2 months. I'm not holding my breath! Now, my daughter comes to me (after all that) and says "Mom my phone has been cut off! I then called 611 and the lady tried to explain to me what had happened. I couldn't understand a word that she was saying due to her very thick middle eastern accent. After 20 minutes of constantly asking her to repeat herself,out of frustration, I wished her a wonderful day and hung up. I understand my not understanding her and her accent was neither her fault nor mine, but that doesn't make the situation any less difficult! Now I am going to have no other option but to go to store to resolve this issue.This is now the fifth time I have had a problem with Cricket. They need to train their staff better.

    Careful what u sign. It was a nightmare. I brought my galaxy in to get the glass repaired and…read moreearpiece fix cause of static. I wish I didn't do that. First of all. They left marks all over the digitizer from trying to take it apart. which means they were not patient enough to heat the glass first then take it apart. Instead of using glue to bond the glass they used a sticky tape to piece it together. End result... First day of use, touch screen would stop responding, I would have to turn screen off and on for touch screen to work again. Dust and debri under glass( in my case, left permanent damage to my digitizer). I would have to take apart my phone and manually clean under my screen once a week. But hey my phone has new glass. They said they put in a new earpiece. After a couple of days, the static came back. When I took apart my phone, the earpiece looked really dirty (i've had this phone for about 2 years) It obviously wasn't brand new. But the worst part was the customer service His main excuse for not getting the dirt outta my phone or not looking at the earpiece or the digitizer was, "can't take apart the glass cause I might break it". ARE YOU SERIOUS. That's why I had to do all the cleaning and fixing myself. And I never broke the glass. I think these guys are cons, they will lie to your face and sell you half ass bullshit just to make money. They will take advantage of your lack of knowledge hoping you will buy there bullshit. But,There not obligated to do anything cause there is NO GUARANTEE and they hide behind a piece of paper you sign stating IF WE MUCK YOUR PHONE UP TO BAD, LIVE WITH IT. and that's the same kind of attitude I had to deal with.
