AT&T customer service sucks! They do not rate the one star I gave them, I wanted to give them no stars but couldn't figure out how to do that. First off the salesman lies to me when I transferred to AT&T about a package deal. I am filing a complaint with the Attorney General. Today I am trying to remove two phone lines from my account. I called 800-331-0500 that is their customer No Service number. When I called yesterday I was told to give my number for a call back. Get this the callback was not until the next day. Twenty four hours for a call back. AT&T called back today, when I answered I was put on hold due to high volume. Remember now I waited 24 hours for this call and then they put me on hold. After ten minutes on hold I get to speak to a person who does not have English as a first language. She is unable to help me delete the two phone numbers. She must transfer me to another department. However she did have enough English to try and get me to connect my checking account to my AT&T account. Now as I write this I am waiting for the other department to pick up the phone, waiting time at this point is thirty five minutes not counting the time I wasted trying to talk to the first rep. I am listening to crappy music which is interrupted every now and then with a message telling me how important my call is to AT&T. Finally AT&T sends me to a wonderful lady name of Alliston who speaks and understands English and was able to help me. ALLISTON gets 5 STARS!!!! All together Alliston saved me almost $80 off my monthly bill. We have AT&T fiber optics and love that. Our phone service always works great. They need to fix customer service. JO read more

Filing a complaint with Insurance Commissioner. Told Vivian I did not want Insurance or Trade up anytime and we discussed the reasons. At the end of the transaction she said she couldn't print documents due to printer failure. She would email it. Never received. Both addons appear on next bill. AT&T removed on future bills. Do not deal with "authorized retailers". Go direct only or online. Maybe there was a contest? read more

We have purchased multiple times from this store the management this time refused to work with us on a simple issue that Apple could not help us with and told us to go back to the store we purchased. They then told us to get an after market watch band from GameStop or Amazon for $5 rather than replace it with the Apple band that fits. That should have been sold with the watch. read more

Rude, understaffed and not very helpful. If you need more information, stop in and experience this disaster yourself I got a response from the manager about my review today and his suggestion was to use the online appointment scheduler. Did not address the unhelpful and rude staff at this location only that they are under staffed and that I should make an appointment in the future. Ummm, no need for an appointment, I wouldn't step foot in that office again ESPECIALLY after the manager's response. No wonder the staff is rude and not helpful, the manager doesn't think customer service important AT ALL! My suggestion, stay away! read more

I stopped by here today with phone issues and received the BEST customer service I've ever gotten from AT&T. from the very beginning when i walked in with my two young children, one of the gentleman helped me get them settled by giving them stuff to keep them occupied. they helped me get a new phone & AirPods and even walked me through how to lower my bill. I cannot thank them enough for all their help. even when my children started getting antsy, they were completely understanding which is a huge deal to me! if I could give a thousand stars I would. the customer service was impeccable! i wish I could thank them by name. read more

So rude! We had some issues with phones delivered to our home by AT&T's "expert delivery" "service." Those people were neither experts or a service. We went to the store to get the right phones, and get some help, but the manager was very rude and didn't solve our problem. We had to return the phones and then went to Costco's phone kiosk and got what we wanted at the correct price. read more

I've had the worst possible experiences at every single other AT&T store and had the worst luck with with calling the 1-800 number. We walked in to this store and Colby was so helpful, he laid out all the information for us and really went the extra mile to figure out what was going on. This store is a train wreck. Drove here after I called to ask if the manager was available. I arrived 10 minutes later to be told she is now on a conference call for an hour! Heather Blake is the manager who staid behind closed doors. Sends people out to tell you no one's can't help you have to call 611. The new manager Sucks! Daniel 45-1 hr wait to switch a cord for life proof case. He said he might have one in the back. But failed to even go look. Almost every company has pushy sales people but AT&T is THE WORST! They cannot answer one question without going into a 20 minute spiel totally unconnected with what you're asking. You can't pay the bill in person, either, without being harassed by some employee about buying something. They even stand at the kiosk, trying to sell you a contract or something, & you have to ask them to leave so you can get your business finished.They also cannot answer "After the one-year lock in fee, how much is it then?" (I tried this on several employees--never got a straight answer except how much money you will save in the lock in fee.) Advice: If you have to use AT&T, be firm & let them know (once they get going their sales pitch, that enough is enough! Hope this helps. read more

Customer service is terrible. The guy working there laughed when I asked about getting an iPhone 11 pro. He said "haha that's impossible to get that right now no store has that". I tried changing my plan that is $98 a month for a paid off phone I bought outright a 6s for 5gb data with rollover years ago. The guy working wouldn't change my plan he just kept telling me to do everything online and call customer service. I did all that that's why I'm here in person. I asked what it would be to get a phone 256gb and get unlimited, he looked it up after I asked him 3 times then says $160 a month. I know he doesn't make the prices but wow this guy should work in a different business if he doesn't like people. The guy just had this attitude like I'm superior because I work here and you need me. Reminds me of a South Park episode how comical this guy was. I walked away from him and went to a different rep. Same attitude same experience, so I walked out. I'm done with AT&T based on these nitwits they have working there. I sat in my car for a minute just to search around and see this guy go out and get in a brand new looking car. I guess I'd be in a bad mood too if I worked there and was up to my eyeballs debt. So spectrum sent me an email so I decided to check them out. I had AT&T internet and it was complete garbage so I switched to spectrum, cheaper and more reliable with no hidden fees. I walked into spectrum right after I left AT&T and got a 512gb iPhone 11 pro with 0$ down unlimited everything for $93 a month. And here's the kicker spectrum uses Verizon. Look on consumer reports and AT&T is ranked the same as Sprint and worse than metro pc. I'm totally done with AT&T. Bad customer service in person, prices wayyy too high and terrible coverage. I'll sit at my house with no phone signal all the time. The guy said oh it's bad beachside because of a hurricane 3 years ago and blah blah blah. Are you kidding me it's been bad for much longer. I see why their stock price is going down. If you're thinking of going to this location save yourself the trouble and shop around. Complete joke and complete waste of money. In this area go with spectrum, better all around. They were helpful, friendly and much cheaper. AT&T used to be the top dog with phones but they have fallen far behind. I'll go without a phone before I have to deal with these court jesters again. read more

They added $12/mo insurance which I refused. Promised a $50 statement credit for Direct TV Now which never showed up. Told me they set up Direct TV Now to cancel in 1mo. but I got billed again anyway. Do not believe anything they say. I tried to post this on the ATT site but they flagged it. read more

Very frustrated with both my local AT&T store and corporate at this time. Over two weeks ago, I was in my local store getting a new phone and was asked if I would like to save money on my DirectTV, sure who wouldn't. The store associate arranged for a new U-verse package and told me nothing about my current service would change until install date. My cable was shut off that day and there was no available technician dates for two weeks. I called the local store and asked for the issue to be resolved, no response or call back. I call again about 4 days later, same person I met in the store answers and says they'll handle it and call back, no update or phone call. Today the long awaited technician comes and after waiting for 2 hours for him to finish, he says he cannot install today because my "BAN" isn't being shut off until June 1st!! So now I'm still without cable when I was told I wouldn't be (who knows if I'm being billed for it), won't have any internet until Friday (where I will again have to take time out of my day for another technician), and nobody will call my back!! Told me I had to transfer info myself from old phone to new phone by going on laptop at home and downloading iTunes. The instructions did not work. Spent almost 2 hours. Went to apple store and they pushed a few buttons on each phone and it all started syncing up and transferring. She said att should know how to do that.
