Then the harrasment began with emails and phone calls to return the equipment on a daily basis. Tried to return the equipment and the rep refused to provide a receipt for the equipment, without a receipt there is no way to prove you have returned said equipment and as many people have found out you become financially responsible for equipment you cant prove you returned.

When I called customer service and spoke with Frank Moses (employee number 3831) he argued with me. He also tried blaming it on me, telling us we must have cancelled the service. I asked him to refer to the notes on account which he seemingly did not as he knew nothing about our information. When asking to speak with his boss, someone else, or the legal department, he refused, telling me we woul have to call back later to speak with anyone (4 pm on a Thursday, by the way), before hanging up on us. We will be considering legal options as they are not abiding by the contract we signed.

First off the salesman lies to me when I transferred to AT&T about a package deal. I am filing a complaint with the Attorney General. Today I am trying to remove two phone lines from my account. I called 800-331-0500 that is their customer No Service number. When I called yesterday I was told to give my number for a call back. Get this the callback was not until the next day. Twenty four hours for a call back. AT&T called back today, when I answered I was put on hold due to high volume. Remember now I waited 24 hours for this call and then they put me on hold. After ten minutes on hold I get to speak to a person who does not have English as a first language. She is unable to help me delete the two phone numbers. She must transfer me to another department. However she did have enough English to try and get me to connect my checking account to my AT&T account. Now as I write this I am waiting for the other department to pick up the phone, waiting time at this point is thirty five minutes not counting the time I wasted trying to talk to the first rep. I am listening to crappy music which is interrupted every now and then with a message telling me how important my call is to AT&T. Finally AT&T sends me to a wonderful lady name of Alliston who speaks and understands English and was able to help me. ALLISTON gets 5 STARS!!!!
