I strongly recommend going to any OTHER Verizon store before this one. These guys had the nerve to waste 30 minutes of my and another person's time just because it was their last hour of business. One of Noah's teammates literally would sit down and get back up multiple times to pretend as if he were trying to help when in reality he was just checking the time the entire time waiting to leave. Eventually it got to the point where they disconnected the wifi and blamed the drizzle outside as if it were a storm outside just to say their network was "down". I hate this place. I'm never going back. I hope you don't even bother with this store after this review!

After I visited the store yesterday I was told to call 611 for customer service and they could handle my problem. They could not. So I drove all the way back to the store to get a 21+ year old account for my father with dementia taken care of. The manager Jonathan was useless and un empathetic. Not someone who should be in management in my option. So after well over 20 years of service. I'll be heading to AT&T tomorrow. This saddens me as I have been the reason we've kept them as a carrier for so long because of their great customer service and guaranteed always speaking with a customer care representatives the USA. Another large corporation outsourcing at the cost of the consumer. I cannot stress enough how bad the service with the store manager Jonathan was as well.

He said he would add it but added the 19$ option. I called the store and asked to speak with him but he never called me back. I called customer service to fix the error but the insurance is still on the bill. So to resolve the issue I will be DISCONNECTING the new line of service and removing the insurance as well. Maybe once the rep sees the chargeback on his next month targets he will remember follow the Verizon standard of being honest and not adding what you want to add to customers accounts. I expect a refund for the insurance minus what I requested, twice. Very disappointing. I expected a higher standard. But this will be lifted up!
