I tried to unlock my phone online. The website would not verify if my phone was unlocked after I finished paying it off. I tried calling Att. A recording automatically answers saying they cannot pickup in Melbourne, Florida. So I tried to go in person to the Floriduh store. The employee with a stern face and no customer service skills told me I had to go to a competitor store and ask to test the phone with a new Sim card. So I will try again when I return to Texas. Apparently the Florida Att stores are useless. They say they are experiencing high call volume but their stores are empty. read more

I entered the store with a unbelievable story of what happened to me and my home AT&T account, Internet, U Verse 300 and Home phone service. Desi heard my problem and had trouble believing also, he assured me that it would be fixed. First he checked with the manager, Randy, who found my situation unusual. Randy and Desi said that in 4 to 5 days I would have everything restored. On the fifth day, Parker showed up and restored home phone, internet and the new Direct Stream service. Don't trade your phone in! It's a scam and I'm surprised this policy is even legal. ATT gives you a monthly credit for your trade-in, which reduces the monthly bill for your new phone. What they don't tell you is that if you pay the phone off early, the credit for your trade-in is lost. I traded in an IPhone 12 Pro Max which was worth at least $800 at the time of trade in. If I pay my phone off now, I will have only received $120 for that phone. read more

I have been with AT&T for 15yrs. I pay for 5 phone lines plus home internet and home phone service. Do to travel for work I have paid astronomical phone bills and have never complained. Tonight I went to this location because I needed a new screen protector. The doors were locked earlier than the closing time. 2 of the workers inside were just sitting so I knocked on the door. 1 Attendent came over and said we are closed in which I answered " it says you close at 8 and it's 2 minutes till" and I showed him on my phone. He then shows me on his iPad the time and says we are closed at 8 I say "look at your iPad it isn't 8".I said all I need is a screen protector. Another associate walks over and says for security reasons we can't open the door past 8, I said I understand that but it wasn't 8 when I got here he shows me his iPad again saying it's 8 now I can't open the door. AT&T has been far from a perfect mobile or home service yet I haven't complained and ALWAYS paid my my close to $700 a month bill. The only thing A company like AT&T can do to set itself above others is focus on customer service. Tonight was an epic fail on that part. I would for sure recommend going with one of the less expensive mobile phone services because when you pay for a premium service like AT&T you will receive mediocre service across the board. read more

My GF bought (online thru AT&T) an upgrade to i15pro, exhanging i12 for $900 credit under current promo. I could not get the old phone insured thru USPS without a signature receipt and cost of $27. So I went to this branch, with an appointment, to hand deliver the phone in the authorized return box. After I was greeted I told the agent "I'm returning this phone". Imediately the store manager jumps on the table and takes over. "sorry but we don't take returns here", which I replied "Your corporate line said bring it here and insurance is covered", then he asked if I'm an authorized user (very condescending) and I said "No I'm returning it for her shes at work". Then he got really Mr. Dick and said that since I'm not an authorized user I cant return it. I put my GF on the phone and was MR. Dick to HER right in front of ME. Once he realized it was trade in and not a return, he left the table bitching about some meeting. I held my breath after he just insulted me and my GF to our faces. They processed it and I left knowing I was a better man for not slapping the attitude off this managers face. Wonder why their store has 2.5 stars. NEVER go back, will drive far to elsewhere. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Bought a new phone a couple months ago (samsung) turned out to be junk. Returned to the store for help, and was treated so badly I would never return to Palm Bay store even if I was paid a large sum of money. Comparing other carriers, and will be changing soon. After visiting another local AT&T store the day before, my boyfriend and I came to this location on Palm Bay to address issues with his new phone. As it turned out, the previous store had set up his phone incorrectly as a tablet and charged him for the wrong service. Tarik immediately knew what the problem was and went about correcting the other store's mistakes and overriding the system so that we were not double charged. The manager was helpful and friendly. Will only do business with this location in the future. read more

Expect to wait. Don't expect to be able to sit down. Apparently AT&T doesn't want to clutter their store with actual seating except for two benches that seat 4 people (unless an already seated person is willing to share the bench with you... Josh did a great job of helping out with my new phone. His attitude was professional and knowledgeable of working with the Note 8. While my phone was updating he took the time to show apps and features. He had no problem looking up an answer or checking with his colleagues to answer questions. I arrived at the AT&T store at around 6:30. They close at 8:00. There was only one person working on the floor and one other person who appeared to be only checking people in. At 7:40 the girl working on the floor was still busy with another customer so the other young man asked to help me. I purchased a new iPhone 12 as a trade in for my old phone. He proceeded to tell me that they don't set up phones at their location, which I found out from ATAT was an outright lie. He just wanted to go home. He told me that I could go online and then replace my new SIM card with the old one. I did not do that because those instructions were incorrect. I had no service so I called AT&T the next day. She told me that he never finished setting up the phone, and that WAS his job to do so. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because the girl seemed to know what she was doing and was working her butt off. I don't know his name, but he works on Wednesday nights. Long story short. . . don't go to AT&T near closing time. read more

HORRIBLE! They will only help you if you are spending $1000.00 on a new phone! Once they have your business they will treat you like crap. I have spent 5 years with AT&T and my bill has never been more than $90,00. Last month I get a $692.00 bill!! Tried the website, kept asking me for a username other than my cell #? No idea what that was about. Tried calling billing, spent 23 minutes on hold. Decided to go down to the store where I bought my phone. Guy there did not seem the least bit surprised, and all he did was dial customer service and hand me the phone!! I spent two hours on the phone with these people they agreed to refund me $250.00 because there was obviously a mistake; why not the whole amount in error? "Any amount that large needs to be approved by a manager..." So?! After i hour and 50 minutes with first Billing, then customer service, and finally CLIENT RETENTION, (OMG! the name cracks me up!), I get "Jake", who agrees to refund me the whole amount in error, and "this will just take a few more minutes, Michelle..." The employee at the store says, "we are closing in 5 minutes..." Gee! Thanks! I tell Jake, I have to get off the phone, could he please call me back and let me know the situation is resolved.... Jake promises to call me back tomorrow, told him he could leave me a message...Nope, no call back...from their CLIENT RETENTION SPECIALIST. Really?!?! They will spend millions to get new business, but once your signed up, they treat you like garbage! read more

The first time I visited this location was about 8 years ago or so. I recently moved to the area and switched to AT&T cable services. We worked With Rob Santiago to pick our U-verse plan. When we got our first bill, I had a few questions, so went back to talk to Rob. This location is run very well and Rob was very professional and took care of everything we needed. Went to the store because I was having issues with the IPhone 7 and the iPhone watch wsd causing an allergic reaction to my wrist. When I got there the lady at the door put me on the list, there were 5 sales people on the floor talking to each other, then 3 more came out of the back office and called the 2nd person on the list leaving me waiting. The door lady then sent another sales person to talk to me. After explaining my situation the salesperson was more occupied about the restocking fee that the issue at hand. After trying to get the salesperson to understand, I had no issue but to ask for the supervisor and got no where with him. I was left to deal with Apple the manufacturer and they are looking into the matter further. They tried reaching out to the store and after 8 minutes they hung up on the Apple representative. According to ATT policy is that once you walk out the door with the product you are stock with it and they will charge you a restocking fee if you turn around. The fee charge is according to the price of the item ...... 14 day return policy is the biggest BS. Also be aware that this location charges an extra tax percentage due to its location "the Hammocks. My suggestion is try another location if you want to be treated better. read more
