2025-Oct-01 T-Mobile iPhone T-Mobile Stores "The Bad / The Great" Over the past week, I've been getting "SIM Failure" message on my iPhone 12 Pro Max! Getting worried, as I really don't want to lose my emails and other contacts, I decided to do something about it. I started to look at the new iPhones and decided I might just get a new iPhone 17, the 12 is 5 years old with a replace battery. I tried calling the closest T-Mobile store to make an appointment at 1270 N Wickham Rd (Wickham and Eau Gallie), it rang, but no answer. So, yesterday, I went down to the Wickham store, got there just as it was opening and was the first-person in. I explained to the only person there, a young employee, that my phone needs a new SIM card. He stated that my version of the phone has an electronic SIM which cannot be replace and I need to get a new phone. I asked about the iPhone 17's and he stated that no on has the latest. So, I asked for one that they had in stock, he really did not respond to that question. We started on the pipework; he convinced me to change plans. As we were talking about downloading my data from my phone to the new one, I did not have my password with me. I said I'd be back later. Before I left, I asked which model was he going to sell me - his response was an iPhone 16 - NOT what I wanted. Wonder if they are just interested in getting rid of their stock of 16's so they can get 17's in? Well, thinking about it overnight, I decide to try another store to see if they had an iPhone 17 in stock, so I drove down the 1501 W New Haven in Melbourne, Fl, and in the end I'm glad I did. I talked to a very intelligent (I'm a former College Professor of Chemistry and can easily recognize someone with talent) female employee - Jen. Well, the first thing she did is go inside, get a new SIM card and installed it at no charge! Hmm, what about the Wickham Store? I then told her the story and that I was interested in an I7. She proposed a much better offer than the Wickham T-Mobile, which I took. Yes, since she fixed my 5-year-old iPhone 12 with a new SIM card for free, I did order the new iPhone 17 Pro Max, that will take several weeks to arrive. She also said the Wickham Rd store is PRIVATELY OWNED, where her store is FACTORY. So, the Privately Owned Wickham Rd T-Mobile was about to royally RIP ME OFF, and the FACTORY New Haven store is all about the customer. I would highly recommend that T-Mobile remove the Wickham Store's Franchise! Do me a favor, I'll tell 100 people, SCREW me and I'll tell a THOUSAND! read more

Had an issue and was told to go to the store. Turns out we weren't supposed to go to the store. Mobile Expert, Jennifer Lopez (No, not the one you are thinking of) dug deep into the issue and stood with us and spent most of the time on hold while customer service looked into the issue. She was so caring and patient. We weren't buying a new phone or opening a new account, yet she understood that we were valued customers regardless. Even when the more experienced Mobile Expert (who had no idea what was really going on) tried to get her to leave us waiting for resolution because the store was getting busy, she left us her phone while the call was still on hold, and she reluctantly did what he said as quickly as possible. If we had only dealt with the other Mobile Expert, we would have never wanted to return to that store and the experience would have damaged our view of the T-Mobile brand, but Jennifer saved the day and showed us that T-Mobile does care about its customers because it hires people like Jennifer Lopez (our superstar) BTW- We are customers with T-Mobile for over 7 yrs. and were there to return a brand-new phone that was mailed to us in error. The return was complicated bc T-Mobile didn't know they sent us a new phone, so they didn't know how to document the return. I didn't order it, so it wasn't my phone to keep. Jennifer honored us for being honest, the other guy just wanted us to hurry up and get out of there. Jennifer has customers in us from now on! Thank you, Jen! read more

If I could rate zero I would! My son bought a $35 wall charger and it didn't work. We tried to return it at a store in our town bc we live 45 mins away but they said we had to drive back to the store we got it at. So here I am10 days later I drove 45 mins to return it and they won't exchange or return it after 7 days. I asked to speak to a manager and the rude young kid would not give me a phone number or have the manager call me. He said there's nothing I can do about it. I had the pleasure of getting a new cell phone plan and working with the wonderful individuals at this location. I had the pleasure of working with Bethany. She was extremely professional, helpful, and intentional. Bethany really went out of her way to get me the help I needed and get me set up. She answered all of my questions (I'm not a techy person) and did not make me feel pressured at all. I recommend anyone to go to this facility and work with Bethany. She was outstanding!! OK, first of all the first thing they tell you we are a corporate office that's bullshit if I'm paying my bill to T-Mobile I don't care if you're corporate or an T-Mobile franchise, I should be getting the same service anywhere I go. I'm paying $30. Service plan each month for 2 iPhones. Went into this store to get my tempered glass change Bethany refuse to change my glass because according to her it does not apply. And she didn't know if I got my tempered glass at a T-Mobile store. I show her my bill that I'm still paying for my last tempered glass that I got in 2018 and she also looked up my service plan so, how is it, that you're going to refuse to service me for something that I've been paying for the past two years $15 for each phone but, According to them because they're a corporate office they could set their own rules and service the customers the way they want...that is Unacceptable I don't care if you're a corporate or private every store should be the same if we have a service plan T-Mobile is suppose to honored it. I been told that the store manager set the rules I don't think that's the way it works. Remember when something is promised and in the contract it must be honored by law. read more

Worst provider ever! Their deals are all scams and signal in this area and beachside are so bad that our 4 phones are basically useless! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this provider! read more

T-Mobile is literally the worst cell service I've ever had. I almost never have service, for which they always have an excuse. Anytime I need help I have to hang up and call back 3-6 times to get someone who even knows what their talking about. I wouldn't resign with them if they paid me. Like period. read more

Took my mother here today and got all her questions answered by associate Cody. She got the phone she wanted and was really happy about it.

The manager (Shaun Hutt) goes back on promises of crediting your account and up-front charges. I've written to T-Mobile corporate on several occasions to be reimbursed for what he promised me. I've filed formal complaints with corporate about this store. Learn from my experience and go ANYWHERE else. read more

There's no T-Mobile in Sebastian so we drove 30+ minutes to this location. My grandfather could no longer hear his cell phone. Granted he's almost 88 and has worn hearing aids for as long as I remember but he wanted a new louder flip phone. Yes, flip phone! I wasn't even sure they made them except the Jitterbug that is always advertised. We spoke with Luis who was friendly and understanding. He checked in the back and returned with 2 options. He understood it was a prepaid phone that my grandpa only uses in emergencies or to contact my grandma during grocery trips. The phones retailed for $60+ but Luis suggested we go to a big box store to purchase the phone, as it was probably cheaper. We went across the way to Best Buy and as Luis predicted the same phone was $30. We purchased it and returned to the T-Mobile store so he could switch over grandpa's 10 contacts lol! I appreciated his honesty and understanding of our specific scenario. He's definitely an associate you want to deal with and that T-Mobile should retain. I myself have been a Tmobile customer for nearly 15 years and it's service like this that keeps me loyal! read more

Went to the T-mobile in Melbourne, FL. They were very unprofessional. While trying to talk to the employee about my account, she felt the need to dance, sing and point at her other co-worker on the other side of the floor. As we asked questions about the promotions, she acted annoyed and told us to call customer service for help. The music was really loud, I had to lean in to hear what the employee was telling me and I had to elevate my voice just to talk to the employee. read more

i went here and before i even looked at phones i explained why i was here. the desire to send very short video's through im. the saleswoman jen flat out lied to me that there would be no problem. there was and calling customer support was an even worse mistake. while explaining this to them they were laughing at me because i believed the saleswoman. very disrespectful and rude. so i asked to speak to a supervisor and all he did was to provide the snail mail address to file a complaint . yep t mobile is breaking all the rule's, most of which you will bear the burden of,as well as the cost. stay with the big 3 they are not much better but your phone may function properly. no one at t mobile has done anything to help. and i won't be holding my breath waiting. and their coverage stink's regardless of what they say, my phone stinks only 1 mile from the store. rarely do i see more than a couple bar's on it. i advise you stay away. read more
