I said ok how much would it be? and he told me the price which was $99. I paid him the price and came back the next day to get my phone. During the process of him fixing my phone he cracked my screen. He apologized and said he would fix it for free ( which i understood completely by the way. i know things happen) but he told me I would have to pay an additional $16( which turned out to be around $24 with tax) for the screen replacement but the labor would be free. i said ok and he "fixed" the screen HOWEVER as soon as i left the store I was still having problems with my battery. I called him right away ( about 10-15 minutes later) he told me that it is ok and that there was something wrong with my charging port too( which I thought was strange because why didnt he tell me that when I brought phone in, right?) but he said I could fix that at a later date i said "ok" THEN about a week or so later, My ENTIRE SCREEN goes black and I cannot use my phone, as well as having the battery issues i had from before. I entered the store AGAIN. I was out of town when this happened and as you may know this can be very dangerous traveling/being on vacation without a way to communicate with anyone. I was STILL trying to be understanding so I came into the store after my vacation, and politely asked for a refund because my screen was broken, my battery wasnt working AND for the inconvenience of having me come back and forth to see him and having no telephone. He said and i quote "I did the service for you maam we do not do refunds" I couldn't believe what I was hearing, he may have "done the service" but this "service" left me with a HUGE NEW phone bill to pay as well as so many inconveniences AND STILL LEFT ME WITH THE SAME PROBLEM I HAD BEFORE I WENT IN AND THEN SOME. but yet he was NOT understandable and REFUSED to give me a refund. He said there was a warranty on it and he could fix the screen still and THEN he ADMITTED to giving me a faulty battery instead of the apple battery and thats why my screen went black. We know some people at your locations in Palm Bay so they brought the devices to us in Flagler Beach and set up the account from my home on a company laptop. Since then we have had nothing but problems. We got 3 devices and they were assigned temporary numbers until they switched to our phone numbers later that day. We then paid for 6 lines for months. We traded 3 devices, 2 of which were less than 1 year old, and were told for 3 Verizon devices 2 would be free and the would be 10 or 15 a month. We now have a device payment of over $1000. We were told because we switched we would be credited for almost 3 months of services due to current promotional offers. We have gotten shut-off notices every single month. We have called your main customer service several times and were told the issues were rectified and credits were issued. They were not. We called the locations, but the employee would not answer or return our calls. We went to our local location only to be told the only people who could help us were the ones who set it up. This is absolute insanity. I want to end service immediately, credit for all your mistakes, and given 3 devices at least equal to what we gave you. We got another notice today despite multiple texts to your employee's personal phone. Please rectify our situation immediately. Thank you
