I am a senior with a respiratory condition. Last week I had to return an item that was too heavy for me to carry all the way to the rear of the store where Kohl's takes in returns. So when I entered the store, I asked the closest cashier if she could page a store associate to help me carry the box which was in no way a light item to handle alone. This young woman whose name is Brooke, crossed right over to me, picked up the box and to my amazement carried it all the way back to Customer Service. Now that's what I call taking the ball and going the distance! I couldn't have been more grateful nor more surprised at how she dealt with my problem. I ran in for 1 item. The store is well stocked with items for all seasons. I saw a few dresses for work that I like but refuse to pay full price. No big sales and I couldn't find online coupons. The associates are wearing masks and there is hand sanitizer at the registers. They are cleaning and wiping down the store. Many customers are not wearing masks and not practicing social distancing. I'm getting out of here. I'll shop online. read more

Customer service doesn't seem to know how to look up a online order to assist with a return, they call and have them initiate a online order return by phone. I have been waiting for my refund to be processed for almost three months. Ridiculous and horrible customer service trying to give store credit instead of a refund. read more

All I was calling for was just to ask a few questions involving if they were hiring or looking for someone who has had experience with the store and job. Vicky I believe is her name she gave me, she said that she was the assistant store manager when I had asked to speak to one. So I just went ahead and asked her if they were hiring or was looking for someone for a certain position. And she hung up on me immediately after I had explained my question. I just think it is very unprofessional for the assistant store manager to be very rude and have a snotty attitude with me the whole time and then proceed to hang up on me when in the middle of speaking. Best place to shop in W Melbourne, FL. Excellent friendly personable staff. Great coupons and offers. Best rewards programs. No exclusions on your Kohl's cash unlike other retailers in the area and you can stack it with percentage coupons as well. You can use your Kohl's cash on regular priced, sale priced, or clearance merchandise and use your coupons with it. I had Bealls bucks one day and I went to pay for my selections and because one items was on sale and the other was from the clearance rack I was denied usage of my Bealls bucks and was told either use it on full price merchandise or surrender it. Needles to say 30.00 got thrown in trash and never Have I ever gone back and spent any kind of money where the rewards are far from rewarding. read more

I ordered some clothes for my daughter on Sunday. The item was not available in the store for her size, so I decided to have it shipped to the store and pick it up. On Friday, I get an email stating that my purchase is ready to be picked up. I read the entire email and didn't see anything about them closing, so my daughter and I drove the 20 minutes to the store to get her clothes. As I pulled up in the parking lot, it was clear to see that they weren't open! Why send the email, when you know that the store is closed? What a waste if time and gas! I know that we are under unusual circumstances, but the email should have never been sent or it should have said that my purchase had arrived but that it wouldn't be available until April 1, 2020. read more

This store is a little spendy for what it is. It really isn't a good bargain unless you have Kohl's cash or there is a sale going on. I will spend for good quality but is that what they are selling? Most of the clothing is synthetic (made in China) and I have yet to see a real leather handbag. My problem with this particular store is there are never enough check-outs open. One Saturday night I had to wait in line behind a family that was buying all of the school clothing for their three boys and no one bothered to open another register. Very stupid. Another issue is the hardcore push to sign up for their credit card. Ask me once and then let it go. Do not badger me the whole time you ring me up and make dumb faces. The store was a complete mess. We looked through multiple areas of jeans and khakis and rarely did we find a size in the correct place. It was almost as if it was stocked with no intention of having any accuracy. The floor had trash, hangers, clothing and things just scattered all over. I had never seen a Kohl's like this before. I went with my teenage daughter yesterday. We had a good experience as it was our first time shopping there. I didn't have any coupon but the cash register lady was kind to offer us a 20% discount on already discounted prices. The choices and quality are better than JC Penney and cheaper than Dillards. Because of her nice gesture, we saved over $76.00, got some Kohls cash. The store was cleaned and employees were available. I am going to use my Kohls cash to buy a new purse. I like this store very much. I mostly come here to get stuff for the house. Since I cook often its stuff for the kitchen. The other day i picked up a special 13 inch pan to cook pizza on the grill. We also picked up a new top for one of the kids and a tee shirt for me. Prices are reasonable and the kohls cash makes future purchases worth while. read more

I visited sat night to purchase a last minute gift. Granted it was fifteen minutes before closing time; nonetheless the store was still open. I bought a beach towel, 2 bottles of Essie nail polish and a salt lamp. The store associate, Shawn, was beyond rude. I needed a gift receipt given that it was a gift. Instead of printing out one as the associates have always done for me in the past twenty years since I've been shopping at Kohl's department stores she had the audacity to ask me to walk over to the credit card device and hit "gift receipt" so one would print. I wasn't the last guest in the store and she was beyond ticked off that she still had customers to herd in like we were livestock. I used to love going to that store after work at least monthly to buy work clothes, gifts, xmas ship, etc. The store in Viera is much friendlier and worth the drive. There is so much retail competition-today that you can just go to another store and buy the exact same product only with a friendlier face. read more

This is a much needed store in this part of Palm Bay. The clothes are more on the trendy/casual side. You wouldn't come here for a suit needed for and interview or for clothes in an office environment. The base prices for clothes here can sometimes go above my spending range, but it seems like there's always a sale and ad circulars have coupons. I've noticed that their seasonal stock tends to be off. For instance, we're starting to get close to Winter (I know it's a Florida Winter), but they are still carrying shorts and have not started bring out the warmer clothes. read more
