My brother-in-law is an avid reader and literally cleared out a shelf of books they had of one of his favorite authors. Mom and Nancy found some items on the cheap as well. The store has a lot of clothing, kitchen, household items, tools, and jewelry available at a great price and the items all seem to be in great condition. Staff were really friendly. They had two changing rooms and a restroom available as well. I recommend them if you're shopping in the area.

Then after my daughter pulled our a dress to show me and nicely put it back, she gets up to fix the rack and a bunch of other things on the rack before we even moved out of the way. Mind you this was a 50% off rack. Clearly we were not welcome in this store and will never return. I am highly disappointed in our treatment. Besides our treatment by the rude worker most if not all the items are for 2 and younger. Including mostly baby items. And a ton of 50% off racks. Overall a waste of time.

You're buying a $50-$100 outfit for $10. And a discount experience is a discount experience. If that's the expectation from the outset, then it's a lot easier to be satisfied when you walk out the door. As far as people being upset about them not paying a lot for the clothes, you just have to figure that they have to make money to keep the store running. So if the clothes you're selling end up going on sale for half off, they still need to make a little money. And you're there in the first place to buy clothes cheap. it does suck, and we pay so much for those clothes in the beginning when they're brand new, but at least we get enough to buy a little something which is more we would've done if we donated them. Personally, I've only had good experiences here. But I know that customer service has tanked everywhere. Unfortunately, it's a sign of our times, and the result of not being around humans during those dark times a few years ago. So come shop here, get your clothes at an incredible price. Smile at the people at the cash register & make their day, and go home knowing you've gotten a great deal. Because let's face it, unless you go on craigslist, you're not going to find these prices anywhere.
