Love this store! The selection of items were nice! Great deals on gently used items and clothes!

All right, this is not Nordstrom. And if you want that sort of customer service experience go there (to Nordstrom), or go across the street to the expensive stores at the mall. You're buying a $50-$100 outfit for $10. And a discount experience is a discount experience. If that's the expectation from the outset, then it's a lot easier to be satisfied when you walk out the door. As far as people being upset about them not paying a lot for the clothes, you just have to figure that they have to make money to keep the store running. So if the clothes you're selling end up going on sale for half off, they still need to make a little money. And you're there in the first place to buy clothes cheap. it does suck, and we pay so much for those clothes in the beginning when they're brand new, but at least we get enough to buy a little something which is more we would've done if we donated them. Personally, I've only had good experiences here. But I know that customer service has tanked everywhere. Unfortunately, it's a sign of our times, and the result of not being around humans during those dark times a few years ago. So come shop here, get your clothes at an incredible price. Smile at the people at the cash register & make their day, and go home knowing you've gotten a great deal. Because let's face it, unless you go on craigslist, you're not going to find these prices anywhere. read more

Kids grow too fast out of clothes, toys, diapers, play pens, and everything else, that it just makes sense to choose sustainability and give life back to gently used items. I've found many things for my granddaughter here. Prices are great. read more

Already left one review but I'll say it again this was by far the worst experience I have ever had coming to y'all in the 5 years that I have been. Your staff is young and very rude and it's ok to sell someone a product and say we can return it so we tried considering we didn't use it and then try to tell me that something is wrong with a wheel and if you sold it to me it was a mistake?!? Wasn't a mistake when u charged me a 100$ for it though huh? I'll also be contacting a manager and the better business bureau. I called ahead of time to make sure of the hours and to make sure they were buying that day. I proceeded to drive 40 minutes and upon arrival they told me the wait time would be 9 hours and I must pick up clothes and money the same day. It would have made sense for them to tell me this when I called. I'm glad this business exists for those that need help but their business practices, as I have witnessed over the last 8 years, are absolutely horrible. read more

Or how little they give us for name brand clothing and how even little they give us for our I had a box full of Justice clothes for my stepdaughter and perfect condition they told me they'd give me $15 for a whole box which if you know Justice it's like an $80 box like are you kidding me on top of that their shirts and prices are so expensive like if you're only given us a dollar fifty you should only charge a dollar fifty for shirts some shirts are literally 728 to 10 bucks it's Bazaar, I've also had multiple family members apply there but it seems like the only higher who they want to not who has their best resume apparently read more

I was indecisive while checking out and selling items, trying to even out the cost. I was going back and forth putting clothes back and the lady helping me was extremely patient, helpful and kind! Her name is Genevieve, she is wonderful to speak with and help. Definitely an asset to the team. I've had run ins with rude, and with total attitude employees like I was bothering them. I've had these experiences quite often throughout the time I've been coming to the store, but she changed my outlook. I had started not coming as often, hardly at all honestly, but this great experience changed everything! read more

I have never felt as insulted, demeaned and degraded as your staff made me feel this afternoon. I turned in baby clothes to sell that were laundered. I was then told on front of other customers and staff there was a bad smell to those clothes? That was totally false and embarrassing. Your staff lacks the customer service acumen to appropriately handle situations like this. These clothes clearly smelled of laundry soap. There was no bad smell. This was a case of lazy staff members sticking their nose in a bag and deciding they didn't want to deal with it. These clothes were completely clean and in good shape. When I removed them from the bag one by one they clearly smelled clean. There was no odor. I am incredibly disappointed in the way I was treated. A copy of this complaint will be submitted to the BBB as well. I just feel insulted. Absolutely embarrassed by the kids you have working in your store. Completely unacceptable and a disgusting display of disrespect. I will never shop there again. Stay away from this store because when they are too lazy to process your clothes they will make up some outlandish nonsense and embarrass you in front of everyone. read more

Love this place for second hand baby and kid clothes. They also have kid/baby toys. I have sold things and bought things here. I have had great experiences. Staff is friendly. Store is very organized and neat. You can find just about anything you need for your baby or young child. read more

This store offers terrible customer service. I live nearly an hour away. I dropped off a huge box of clothing and was Told the wait was nearly 3 hours to review the clothes, and if I don't return today, I would only get a store credit, not cash. I explained I had an appointment this afternoon and had to return home, and could they please make an exception. I was told NO. The staff here are like robots, no understanding whatsoever, VERY difficult to work with. I will not be selling or buying clothes here. Awful service, what a disappointment and a wasted drive. Find a local consignment shop that will be easier to work with---the local businesses deserve our business anyway! read more

Crooks. Bait and switch. Ran a promo of bogo 50% off, but applied to only 1 item. I bought $50 worth of used crap and got 1 item marked down from 2.50 to 1.25. Better deals if you shop outlets and walmart sales. I will never waste my time in this con artist's store again. read more

Horrible first (and last) time experience there. First off I pulled into the parking lot to find a dirty diaper and trash right in front of the store. When I was being rung up at the register while selling 3 items the cashier kept being interrupted by other employees to do other tasks before completing mine. I really love this store. So much stuff my kids were in heaven and the prices were great. Today I went to sell a few things and was very pleased. Only downfall is its so cramped in there. Behind the desk is a mess the employee couldn't even walk to get the rest of my stuff. Very unorganized. And when I was in line I was basically shoulder to shoulder with other customers. Wish the store was bigger. Also there was a girl there who definetly didn't want to be there. But other than that I recommend to anyone who is looking for cute, gently used clothing for cheap. read more
