The issue that we have are with the extended Furniture Protection Company that they sell. "Guardsmen" is terrible at service when you need them. For what you pay for this protection and the level of service that they provide is terrible. In my opinion, I would not recommend this addition cost. I have been waiting for three months now to get someone to come out to the house to order a $25.00 part and then we have to wait even more for the part. Meanwhile you can not use the recliner on a very expensive leather couch. Guardsmen farms it out to a third party and they suck, in my opinion!!!

I originally had them in my cart online, but decided to go shop in person instead. Online, I was able to attach two offers to one item (20% off and a $3 off coupon). But when I went to purchase in the store, the attendant told me you cannot use both. I don't understand how I can literally buy the exact same things from the exact same store and if I buy it online and pick it up, I can stack deals, but you cannot if you go into the store. Then the attendant's response was "I don't make the rules"... and "that is what I was told by my manager". If there wasn't such a long line behind me, I would have whipped out Karen mode and asked for the manager, because it just didn't seem right. In the future, IF I shop from Target again, I will online shop online. The craziest part is, they are just hurting their own business. When I shopped online, I had 4 items in my cart... but shopping with my eyes in person and getting suckered into things I don't need, I had 15 items I ended up buying today worth $168. So it behooves them to have us shop in person. And now that I will only shop online, and they lose more money over a $3 coupon. ‍

She can do custom work with old furniture if you have an idea that you might think will fit your home.
