The issue that we have are with the extended Furniture Protection Company that they sell. "Guardsmen" is terrible at service when you need them. For what you pay for this protection and the level of service that they provide is terrible. In my opinion, I would not recommend this addition cost. I have been waiting for three months now to get someone to come out to the house to order a $25.00 part and then we have to wait even more for the part. Meanwhile you can not use the recliner on a very expensive leather couch. Guardsmen farms it out to a third party and they suck, in my opinion!!!

When I went to pick up my prepaid merchandise they tried to tell me I had ordered just one wall decor lizard but I ordered and paid for 2 . The other lizard we found ready to be hung on the wall with their merchandise sticker with the price! They walked in to Kane's Furniture and met David and he was great help. They found furniture they liked! It was on sale and I was able to get it for them from 3k miles away. Furniture was fully delivered and assembled by Kane's delivery team (not outsourced) . After the fact, David even texted me to ask about how delivery went and if my parents were happy. I am very grateful and highly recommend Kane's and their delivery service. The only setback was the bed took about two months for delivery but David kept me informed every step of the way. Again, the only hassle was the wait, but having a great salesperson made all the difference!
