I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Lee, her husband, and MidCoast Estate Sales!…read more We sold our home in Florida while we were in New Hampshire, so needless to say, the entire process was stressful from the start. After we removed the things we wanted to keep, we trusted Lee and her husband to take it from there -- and they absolutely exceeded every expectation we had. They spent nearly a WEEK before the sale carefully organizing, sorting, and pricing everything in our home, and then held a three-day estate sale. You would think their job would have ended when the sale was over, right? Not Lee! Because we were 1,500 miles away and needed to leave the property completely cleared and broom clean for the buyer, Lee took care of what was left after the sale. She arranged for a local thrift store to come and collect the remaining items -- and even made sure they understood there would be no cherry-picking. It was all or nothing! Today, Lee personally met them at the house and made sure EVERYTHING was removed and the property was left the way we needed it for the new owners. I honestly don't know what we would have done without her. The amount of stress Lee took off our shoulders during an already stressful out-of-state home sale is immeasurable. She didn't just run an estate sale -- she saw the entire process through from beginning to end and gave us peace of mind when we couldn't be there ourselves. Lee and her husband are hardworking, trustworthy, organized, and genuinely care about the people they are helping. That kind of service is incredibly hard to find. If you need an estate sale company, I would recommend MidCoast Estate Sales without hesitation. They went above and beyond for us in every possible way, and we are incredibly grateful!

If you need an estate sale done, look no further than Capo Estate Sales and Clean Outs! Seriously,…read moreI'm still reeling from how absolutely phenomenal they were. From the very first consultation, they were professional, compassionate, and incredibly organized. I was overwhelmed with the task of clearing out my late aunt's house, a lifetime of accumulated treasures and, well, stuff. They handled everything with such care, respecting both the sentimental value and the practical needs of the situation. Their team was a whirlwind of efficiency! They meticulously sorted, cleaned, staged, and priced everything. I was astounded by their knowledge of antiques and collectibles - they knew exactly how to maximize the value of each item. The staging was absolutely beautiful; it looked like a curated boutique, not a cluttered estate. And the sale itself? A roaring success! They drew a huge crowd, managed the traffic flawlessly, and handled all the transactions with grace and speed. I couldn't believe how smoothly it all went. The entire process was transparent, and I felt completely informed every step of the way. But beyond the logistics, it was their genuine kindness and empathy that truly set them apart. They understood the emotional weight of what I was going through and offered support beyond just the practical aspects. They turned what could have been a stressful and painful experience into something manageable, even pleasant. If you want an estate sale company that is: * Professional: They know their stuff, inside and out. * Organized: Every detail is meticulously handled. * Knowledgeable: They maximize your return with expert pricing and staging. * Compassionate: They understand the emotional side of estate sales. * Efficient: They get the job done quickly and effectively. Then Capo Estate Sales and Clean Outs is the only choice. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are truly the best in the business! Five stars, and then some!

It was very stressful and overwhelming for me especially during a time of grieving, to empty his house and get it ready to sell while living far away. From my first meeting with Fred and Erin, I knew they were the right fit. They were kind and professional as they reviewed their process for the estate sale and then clean out. Once I removed all personal documents, I turned it over to Fred and Erin and drove home. They even said to leave the items where they were (in drawers, closets, etc.) and they'd remove, research prices, organize and sell. Once the estate sale was over, they did the clean out. During my final meeting, they gave me an itemized list of the sold items with the prices. I am very pleased with the process and with the professionalism of the Capo team. At first it was uncomfortable for me as I was so far away, but they are professional, understanding and exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Fred, Erin and Christina.
