Emily readily answered my questions and was able to advise me in how best to assist my Austin buyer client who is trying to sell her home in Florida with another agent. As a true professional would, she provided this information without expectation that she would benefit in any way from assisting me. From our conversation I determined that should I need to refer a client to an agent in the area, they would be in very good hands with Emily Kenley.

He (Mario) uses uninsured subcontractors to do jobs like reroofing and plumbing, and electric. I bought a house over a year ago that claimed to have a new roof and am currently replacing roof in full after claims and litigation. The guy wouldn't know how to change a door knob and thinks you can do business with illegals who moonlight as subcontractors. Closing process was smooth and was actually efficient. Wish I could say they vet their employees and sellers but that is their shortcoming. I've basically replaced everything possible in a year but i like the house and location. I 100% overpaid for the house but I will be 1000% paying more to make it right. Hope this is helpful and id avoid doing business with Mario - like I'd avoid the plague. He will go silent and block your number like he did me instead of dealing with issues that were his responsibility.

We have had several real estate transactions in the past. Some were positive experiences, but most,…read moreusually because of agents, were horrrible. We can state without reservation that Erika Rogers is the absoulte best agent we have employed. She possesses the complete skill set, knowledge and attitude that one hopes to find in a Real Estate Agent. We had a few conflicts and challenges in selling our property. Erika was resourceful in resolving these issues. Erika provided messages and responeded to our questions at all hours of the day - amazing! She is honest and communicates often and thoroughly. She was also willing to research issues for us and on serveral occasions she spent an enormous amount of time securing documents and contacting home support agencies; Gov't., Ins., Pest Control, etc. It never seems to be an enjoyable experience when selling or buying, but Erika was a gem in comforting our fears and anxieties. We can't imagine any other agent going beyond the call of duty as Erkia did for us. She receives a full 5 Star rating in all categories.

I had a significant leak in my pool and called Aquaman to come out…read more Josh arrived and checked every nook and cranny in and around my pool. After a complete check for leakage Josh discovered two areas, one a small leak in grout at tile line, the other a broken return line about 1 1/2 inches in wall. Josh put epoxy in both locations, explaining that the chemicals and water pressure could over time wear the epoxy off the return line. However it could hold. it's been about 5 weeks and thus far no more leakage. I was very impressed with Josh's professionalism and explanations. I highly recommend Aquaman leak detection should you have a problem. Their bucket test procedure was easy to understand and simple to do. D.W. Moriarty Indialantic
