I had a significant leak in my pool and called Aquaman to come out. Josh arrived and checked every nook and cranny in and around my pool. After a complete check for leakage Josh discovered two areas, one a small leak in grout at tile line, the other a broken return line about 1 1/2 inches in wall. Josh put epoxy in both locations, explaining that the chemicals and water pressure could over time wear the epoxy off the return line. However it could hold. it's been about 5 weeks and thus far no more leakage. I was very impressed with Josh's professionalism and explanations. I highly recommend Aquaman leak detection should you have a problem. Their bucket test procedure was easy to understand and simple to do. D.W. Moriarty Indialantic read more

Our pool developed a really significant leak and we were really concerned about finding the source. Josh came in with a plan and executed it to perfection. He found a few small leaks and one fairly major one - and since he left we've lost no water! He was patient, knowledgeable and the cost was really affordable. It is SO hard finding a trustworthy business that truly understands what it means to provide good service that is competent and leads to a great net result. Look no further for help if you've got a pool leak! read more

Like everyone else with a pool, mine started to leak. Called Aquaman leak detection on a friends advice. Really pleased with the outcome and would pass this advice to anyone I know . They were prompt, show up when they say and did not give up on a very difficult to find leak. A special thank you to the tech. Hunter and the young lady at the office ( sorry I forget her name) Hope I don't need them again, but if I do I will not hesitate to call them. read more

Excellent fast service. I called on Friday and they came out on Monday, found the leak and fixed it in about half an hour. I am at the North of the county in Titusville but that did not affect the cost and repair was done for the price quoted without trying t add more. Highly recommend Aquaman Leak Detection read more

Accurate, reasonable fee, and perfect repair. The tech checked checked all areas in pool and caulked two small leaks in grout. Checked skimmer, light, drain, and outlets. With a device, found leak under deck in pipe to pool jet. Amazing. Minor repair covered by inspection fee. Scheduled a return date with two repair techs, repair with no visible alteration. Great job. Very professionally work. read more

2 stars, only because they showed up on time, AQUAMAN DID NOT FIX! CAll JEFF COLLINS (he fixed it) My problem was possible leak & zero pressure. For $300 Aquaman said they'll find leak & restore pressure. A little epoxy & less than an hour later, I got instructions on what I needed to do, as the problem was not resolved. Called Jeff & 2 days later, my pool is running properly! Call Jeff Collins First! read more

I just want to say the man that came out to our home was amazing. Very informative. Explained to us everything he was doing. He was effective in stopping our leak!! Money well spent! Thank you Aquaman! read more

This review is for customer service alone- which is worth its weight it gold. I live in California and used another company by the name of Aquaman which I had a poor experience. I was trying to reach out to Aquaman headquarters when I accidentally got in contact with Lowell. Lowell explained the two companies are not associated, but took time to assist me anyway. He was able to help me understand my problem from 3,000 miles away and was incredibly kind to boot. If I ever own a home with a pool in Florida I would absolutely have Lowell inspect it! read more

They came out and found my leak after another company could not. This guy is high tech with all his equipment. Super friendly and knows what he is doing! I recommend for sure! read more

I'm a Californian relocating to the area. These guys know their stuff. It's clear that they've been in the business for a long time and are very knowledgeable when it comes to not only pool work, but the locality of the area and general maintenance trends. Lowell and team have a customer first approach and will guide you well. I'd definitely recommend them to friends and family. read more

Aquaman leak detection was set up by my realtor for a pool inspection on a home buy. I am out of state and I expected a full pool report as i had not seen the pool. I wanted to know basics about pool and more complex information. They sent a report of 9 sentences with no basic info (size of pool, depth, water results) and very little complex info. They did not explain the "bucket test" to the realtor in advance so that was not performed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR A POOL REPORT. They charge $275 for 9 sentences. You will be throwing your $ away. read more

Found a leak in my pool that pool company couldn't find Swam in the pool and spa until he found an underground leak under my skimmer and small value leak in spa. Set price until they find leak. Took a few hours and used underwater camera to find leak. I was losing many gallons a day. Pool company fixed leak but they can do it too. read more

All work was completed on schedule and on budget. The workers showed up when they were scheduled to be here and went right to work. They drained and acid washed our pool to remove a stain that was apparently caused by some sort of fertilizer that had inadvertently entered the pool some time ago. The stain is completely gone now and the pool looks great. During the course of the work they were constantly cleaning up after themselves. They did a fantastic job and i highly recommend them. read more

Lowell, came highly recommended and he exceeded my expectations. My pool had multiple small leaks and he fixed them, but told me to keep an eye on water level and let him know if everything was good. I suspected water was still leaking and did the bucket test and sure enough I was still losing some water. He gladly came back to the house at no charge immediately after the phone call and found a sneaky leak hidden in my hot tub and fixed it. ZERO leaks since then. Very honest and trustworthy. I called another place and his price was cheaper also. Highly recommend! read more

Right after we signed a contract to sell our home we discovered the pool was leaking. Aquaman found and fixed the leaks in a hurry to keep the sale going. Very happy with my service. My pool guy recommended this company, and he prefers to use them for a reason. Pleasant, efficient, and accurate. I hope I don't have another leak, but I will definitely call Lowell if I do! read more

We have a complex infinity edge overflow pool that has been a challenge for several pool vendors and leak detection companies. Another leak detection company due to the complexity of the pool wanted to add huge sums for every single water jet, or water intake/skimmer intake in the pool, spa, of infinity edge overflow, that would have tripled the cost of the leak detection service. Aquaman was not the cheapest quote but was much more reasonable than many of the companies we called. They were professional and careful, and conscientious. The glowing review Aquaman has here and on other sites are accurate. I was very happy with the choice and would call them again if ever have a new leak. read more

I was losing a significant amount of water in my pool, and was concerned that I had a leaky pipe. I was given another company's name and number from the pool store, but the other company didn't come highly recommended. I continued to suffer the lose of water in my pool which also meant a lose of chemicals and a green pool. I mentioned my pool leak to another pool owner who recommended Aquaman Leak Detection. I called the next day and Lowell was willing to come that very same day. I needed a couple days to balance the pool, so I set it up for the following Monday. He came while I was at work and found my leak and fixed it on the same visit. He was prompt, professional, and there price can't be beat!!! Thank you for the fantastic customer service! read more

Very pleased with the professionalism and service received in April 2016. Thank you Josh, I haven't had a problem from the pool leak that you repaired. If you have a leak, don't hesitate to call Aquaman. read more

Be careful with this pool detection service. They state a 30 day warranty on any repairs but will charge an additional service fee of $300.00 (within the warranty period) and state it was a separate leak. I had to call another pool leak detection service to finally locate and fix the leak. Complete waste of time and rip off. Filing a complaint against their business license and FL Attorney General so no one else is ripped off by this business. read more

I contacted Mr. Ball through is website and he returned my call the same day. He tried to help me remotely, but when it became evident he needed to stop by, he offered to do it for free. He looked at my pool and immediately found a problem that didn't cost anything for me to fix. He is honest, and knows his work. He's extremely competent.
