He does not stand behind his products and completely ghosts you when an issue arises, including not answering his business phone during regular business hours. He sold me a $1650 + item along with my Doughboy pool that took it out of warranty, until I dismantled it. I now have my a salt cell chlorinator, less than a year old on market place at a major reduction. He refused to respond, even after getting my attorney to write a letter indicating there could be further consequences. He honestly thinks he's beyond the law or common sense customer service. That's still pending the direction of going. I can say that Doughboy has been amazing working with me, getting me an original pump back at no cost, including hoses, guiding me on how to cut my vacuum hole that wasn't cut out of the vinyl, getting my pool back into warranty, and some other guidance that was required. The pump was replaced the first month in, with a non brand pump by Bruce. Don't ignore the signs folks. Our investment is too high to deal with this type of customer service.

They were checking boxes on this receipt but didn't complete it and were at my house for less than 5 minutes at a time and didn't communicate at all or provide customer service so things fell into disrepair. THIS is what my pool looked like IMMEDIATELY AFTER his scheduled service; he accepted this quality of work week over week. Would you pay for this service? We don't anymore. And it took a few sessions with a decent pool professional to re-regulate our pool. There is NO WAY my pool could look like this or test normal after adding the chemicals they say they did.

(She's my new best friend, although she may not know it...). In one visit, less than 24 hours later (and under $75!), the pool is chemically balanced and able to be used! Moral of the story?? A friend of mine called for an estimate and was told it would be 3-4 months before he could get and estimate and another 3-4 months before the pool could be built.
