Part of the repair was eventually completed, but the remaining issue has still not been resolved. A warranty is only as good as the company standing behind it. Based on my experience, Backyard Superstore has failed to do that. Buyer beware. I would not recommend doing business with this company. This review will remain up for as long as I am left without a fully working hot tub. If they honor their warranty and make this right, I will gladly update the review to reflect that.

They were checking boxes on this receipt but didn't complete it and were at my house for less than 5 minutes at a time and didn't communicate at all or provide customer service so things fell into disrepair. THIS is what my pool looked like IMMEDIATELY AFTER his scheduled service; he accepted this quality of work week over week. Would you pay for this service? We don't anymore. And it took a few sessions with a decent pool professional to re-regulate our pool. There is NO WAY my pool could look like this or test normal after adding the chemicals they say they did.

They have so many great items for purchasing and they even sell candy and food products at great prices as well. They have a very large gardening section here and they sell fertilizer.
