With no hesitation, they asked "mind if we take a look?" Before I knew it, they ACCURATELY assessed the problem and offered to fix it. I told them I would order the new motor online, but might need help installing it. "No problem! We can help, if you need it." No pressure, no sales pitch! Obviously, I needed the help...I called them a few days later (the DAY AFTER HURRICANE MATTHEW!!!). They fixed my pump the next day, didn't over charge me (I did my homework, and got other quotes, their price was beyond fair!) If you need ANY pool work done (cleaning-repair-remodel) these are the guys you need to call. George and Aaron! THANK YOU!

I called to see what was going on and texted the owner. 3 days later he calls and apologized as he was out of town and said his business partner would be there that evening after being ghosted for 4 days. His partner did show, and they would work on getting me a quote for repairing a line and resurfacing our pool deck - that was June 17th and weeks later still have not heard from them and no quote. I guess they really don't need the business - but reading other reviews maybe that is a blessing.

The technician Matt called 30 minutes before he arrived. He was polite and explained everything in detail. The original estimate from the cleaning company we use wanted to replace the entire unit. Matt just adjusted a few things and replaced with one o-ring and the leak stopped. He saved us $800!!! This is why you ALWAYS need to get more than one estimate. I would definitely recommend them for any repairs, and we will use them again (but I hope we don't have to LOL!).

I had my pool water evaluated and found several inadequate levels of chemicals in the water. I called and left a voicemail regarding my concern. I was informed that Jim had a couple of pools prior to cleaning mine and that He probably was out of chemicals and sand when He got to my pool. That they would correct the issue the next time they cleaned the pool. Jim showed up and explained that most of the levels were acceptable. A couple of days later I received a notice that they were discontinuing the service and I needed to look elsewhere. I should also add that several months ago my pump was not providing a good flow of water through the system. Jim advised that it was probably a valve. I replaced the valve as he recommended but it did not correct the issue. I did some troubleshooting and found that the pool filter was filthy and would not allow water to pass through it...I cleaned the filter and it corrected the issue. I would not recommend "this pools for you"...

My husband just had major back surgery so was not able to do this repair himself so we called Michael. He first came out in Feb and charged $200 for a service call said he had to get some special silicone for a spa. repair; he came back charged us another 170 put the silicone on and left. It did not work we contacted him again. He said he had to order a new part, first said they sent the wrong part then April 14, said the right part came in he would be here tomorrow. He still has not been back. He has never called or came back, it is May 11th, so for $370 got nothing. Bad bad business unless you want to pay for something and get nothing I do not recommend this person/business. Do yourself a favor call someone else.
