Unlike any other company in the country, this organization has been a breath of fresh air for me…read more After departing from the largest broker in the county, where I encountered numerous instances of dishonesty, theft, and owner drama, I was in search of a company that truly cared about its employees. Joining this company has been a game-changer. Through their mini-corr channel, I can close 15 to 20 loans each month, and the best part is they charge me a flat fee of $2500. Working on California FHA loans on the Non-Delegated line, I consistently generate between $75k to $100k a month in fees. The flexibility to make 3 to 5 points on every deal, coupled with the provision of raw pricing, adds to the appeal. The streamlined process of receiving front points directly into a designated checking account, under my control, speaks volumes about the trust and autonomy they provide. Additionally, the backend points are swiftly processed within 3 to 5 days of the loan purchase for FHA, VA, Conventional, Reverse, and 2nd Mortgages. This company stands out with its revolutionary concept - a flat monthly fee of $2500, allowing me to retain 100% of the fees I generate. It's truly a unique and rewarding experience that sets them apart from the rest.

We are truly blessed to have worked with this State Farm Agency!…read more We called in to get some information and to setup an appointment. Edith helped me with some preliminary information and scheduling our appointment with Michelle. Edith was very kind, caring, and professional and I really enjoyed our call!! The following week I spoke with Michelle, who gave me quotes and additional details regarding the policies. I also shared with her that we had some issues with our existing insurance company. I was waiting to see if they were going to resolve them first and if not, we would switch to State Farm. Michelle was absolutely wonderful!! She was very positive, enthusiastic, caring, professional, and very knowledgeable! And, she was very patient and didn't pressure me at all. It turned out that we weren't able to get resolution from the other insurance company and a few days later, I called Michelle back to setup our policies. The process was very smooth, quick, and efficient and we did it all over the phone. Michelle invited my wife and me to visit the office (when we had an opportunity) to put the face to the voice. And, we did shortly thereafter. We really enjoyed meeting Michelle in person. She was very warm and welcoming and introduced us to the team as well. And, she also gave us a little tour of their office. Wow! That is World-Class Service!! The overall experience was amazing and I would highly recommend Emilee's State Farm Agency. I wish that I could give them 10+ stars!! Thank you Michelle, Edith, Mike, Carl, and Team for a great experience! God bless you all!!

I switched last year and have found my new agency to be very helpful, professional and kind. If you are shopping for a agency stay away from this one. I see they have now posted a comment asking me to call to discuss my experience..well I called a few times for help and was told to figure things out on my own they don't have time. I couldn't even get them to return my phone call for 3 months! I didn't know what to do so I hired an insurance adjuster to fight the claim. After 6 mths of fighting they said my insurance company was too difficult and would drag it out so they gave up and dropped my case. After 6 months I was back at square 1! I had given up and paid just over $22k in repairs out of my pocket. I randomly met Fred from Five Star Claims at my sisters work function. I told him what happened to me and he said to contact him because and I'll never forget what he said "they don't give up on their clients"! He was right! They fought and fought! They kept me informed and never gave up! About eighteen months later the insurance company settled. I would recommend Fred and Five Star to anyone going thru the stress and heartbreak of a battle with insurance. It can feel like you want to give up so its really nice to have someone fight for you!
